hi guys! can you suggest a good book in surviving a break up. I know its pretty pathetic but i actually want one. I'm pretty depressed..i don't know how to do this. I haven't been single for more than 6 years now,(jumping from one relationship to another,plus all were long term),but right now..its different,im tired of the whole dating scene... HELP!

ako sis, yung "It's called a break up because it's broken".  pero ang mga authors nun are yung co-authors ng "he's just not that into u". It's a very relaxing self-help book and me mga self-activities.

Hi Sis! i hope you're okay na.. magaganda yung mga suggested books sayo ^_^ pero kung ako ikaw... siguro let's not focus sa mga "break-up" books... like you.. naging ganyan din yun situation ko..way back. try cook books... or mga cupcake making... or painting.. or yoga or other topics that can actually help you... help you by improving yourself or a gateway to a new hobby.. kasi if you read yung mga books na ganyan yes.. it will help you.. pero yung isip mo andon pa din...which might trigger mga negative emotions... actually I'm sharing this with you base on my personal experience ah. Well I've read the same books suggested kaya nga nasabi ko na maganda hehe pero nung iniba ko un genre ng binabasa ko mas gumaan yun feeling ko..
