i love the new espresso and cream ice blended. i find the mocha ice blended sweet kasi. but generally i still love their ice blended drinks more than starbuck's frappes.

wala pa rin talaga tatalo sa service ng starbucks(among coffee shops). i think pinaka-ok na service that i consistently get is from cbtl greenhills promenade. medyo slow pa rin, but at least they're not snooty.

^Agree..  I go there (Promenade, Greenhills) very often and stayed for a couple of hours and I have no problem with their service.  As for the tables, if I see the tables are not cleared up, I just request them to wipe the table for me.

I like CBTL's breakfast meals especially the Eggs Ben (yummy yummy hollandaise sauce on turkey ham and focaccia bread).

My only complaint is the serving size, the serving's too small for the price.

Agree ako medyo bad service ang CBTL pero sarap naman talaga ng Chai latte nila kasi. Comfort drink ko siya talaga

ganito nangyari sa CBTL gateway  (cinema area) siguro 6months to 1 year ago
My sister and i went to CBTL,my ate was the one who ordered while i went around to find seats for us kasi 15minutes pa before opening ng movie. She was called, and then when she came back she was carrying 2 regular sizes. I told her, diba large tayo? ate told me i was wondering din, kaya nga i was gonna ask you kasi parang di large... so ako na nakipagusap sa barista. I told her, this is regular diba? she just took the cups and transferred to the large cup and proceeded to make some more. SHE DIDN"T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE ha.! the nerve! kapal! inis na inis kami, kung di pala namin favorite yun e di naloko kami diba. If it was an honest mistake sana man lang ng sorry yun barista.

Love the food here. Masarap sandwiches, pasta, blueberry bagel with cream cheese (except for their cookies, dry eh)... but the portions are small. Sana magka-coupon for their food, I'll be hoarding 

Pero di ko feel service nila. Parang laging nakasimangot servers nila and may "I hate my job" dating sa kin. Parang napipilitan lang sila. I wonder kung mababa bayad sa kanila or the management just doesn't care about their service.

For me, the service at Starbucks, Seattle's Best, and Gloria Jean's are way better.

Kung food lang, pinakamasarap CBTL.

Drinks are okay. I like their White Chocolate Dream ice blended, with whipped cream

their White Chocolate Dream ice blended drink tastes like ice cream na halos - feeling ko i'm a kid again pag ito iniinom ko   and super love ko yung spicy tuna pasta nila - full of flavor and very filling!

when i used my BDJ coupons sa MOA branch, very accommodating yung cashier. pero compared talaga to Starbucks, ang bagal ng service ng kahit anong CBTL branch.

Hindi na ko pumupunta ng Starbucks. Nagsawa na kasi ako sa drinks nila kaya nung start ng year, CBTL all the way ako kahit isa lang naman inoorder ko - Moroccan Mint Tea Latte haha Iniisip ko na ngang bumili nung tea at chocolate powder nila at mag-timpla ako sa bahay.

i like cbtl better that starbucks. It is not crowded and you can really read a good book without interruptions from boisterous groups. I like the chai tea latte and their frozen yogurt. Too bad I do not have planner this year.

I agree Sis foruiz, Coffee bean is my review center last year for my board exam. Less noise indeed.

between sb and cbtl, i'd go for cbtl..kase mas gusto ko drinks nila and the fud!

cheese muffin and white chocolate! new fave is the red velvet..

mas cheaper din sila compared to sb since mas masarap naman para sakin ang blends ng cbtl..

with regards to their service? haven't encountered bad experience..it depends on the customer na rin yun hehe

masakit na rin sa mata kasi ngayon ang sb parang mga kaboteng nagsulputan kung saan saang kanto, mas marami na yata sila ngayon kesa branches ng jollibee at mcdo harhar!

And so I remember the CBTL coupons from my BDJ planner that I have yet to use up.  I'm not a fan but I'm hoping na thru those coupons, maging convert ako.

Panalo ang blended ice drink nila than Starbucks kasi pino yung ice, Starbucks kasi may buo buo pa.

Maganda din ambiance, konti lang tao at maganda yung binibigay nila na pang-tawag kesa sa Starbucks na isisigaw talaga name mo, minsan pa sa sobrang ingay na nga ng coffee shop eh hindi mo pa maririnig na tinatawag ka na pala nung barrista.

For my taste buds mas prefer ko rin ang CBTL kesa sa Starbucks. Although mas dinadayo ang starbucks, mas masarap talaga at yung texture ng CBTL for me. Favorite ko yung Caramel Ice blended nila. And nakakatuwa yung magbliblink na round chip, pag nag blink means pwede mo nang kunin sa counter yung coffee . No need na tawagin ka by names. Very convenient at mas gusto ko ambiance nila, may space at mas comfortable.
