I love CBTL, daming choices for tea (I am a tea person). I also like their pasta, sympre yung hot vanila.. sobrang sarap.

I recently tried their Apple Caramel Hot Tea Latte, it was a little bit sweet but I liked it. I also like their Ice blended Vanilla.

The Ice blended Green Tea, I like Starbucks' better.

Agree about the service, ang tagal nilang mag-serve but staffs are friendly.

Paano magka swirl card? D makakagamit wifi nila pag wala nito. Ano ba yun

^ you can buy it for 195 pesos lifetime na. then every time you go there and use wifi, you have to ask for the password because they change it everyday

^ Pagdating sa customer service, talo talaga ang Coffee Bean sa Starbucks, pero gusto ko talaga ang mocha latte and ice blended mocha drink nila.

i agree, kahit saang branch ng CBTL super-bagal ng service lagi. and the staff bordering on the snooty, kahit nakikitang ang daming waiting for their drinks deadma lang sila. i like their ice-blended drinks much better than Starbucks, pero effort talaga to be patient while waiting for CBTL drinks.

^yung sa may piazza mckinley pinaka pangit na experience ko sa cbtl. Yang description mo sis swak sa kanila. Kaya kahit minsan gusto ko cbtl, starbucks na lang talaga.

mabagal and parang walang system. but their drinks are better (but more expensive)!

LOL I noticed the same thing about the service here tapos pati CBTL Brunei & Malaysia same din ang napansin ko.

the worst would have to be the CBTL in Sentosa, Singapore.  Grabe!  the tables were never cleared, as in nagpalit na ng 4 batches of customers (yes,  i was there for 3 hours), and the leftover food was being piled one on top of another.  Kadiri na talaga, so we left na  :/

I have swirl card, i don't know na pwede pala yun maging passes sa wifi. Present ko lang ba yun then they'll give the password na?

Present mo then ask mo yung password ng wifi.

Medyo mabagal nga sa cbtl. Minsan nasa counter ka na ready mag order pinaghihintay yung customer. Di man lang tauhan agad para umusad na agad. Mabuti naman di ko pa naexperience na nag pile up yung nga kinainan, atleast yung sa gatewAy.

Dalawa pa lang naman napagtanungan ko wala yata silang oolong palagi? Parang sabi nila hindi daw nagiging available? Sabi ko tanggalin na lang sa menu kung palagi naman wala. Napunta tuloy ako sa vanila ceylon. Buti naman nagustuhan ko, ang bango!!!

They should really improve on their customer service. I love chai tea latte but I seldom go because I love the warmth of Starbucks staff. Just recently I popped in at CBTL Burgos Circle, ordered Chai Tea Latte and I inquired about Citibank's free upsize. The conversation went something like this after I told the barista that I wanted a chai tea latte.
Me: As for the size, may free upsize kayo for Citibank cardholders?
Barista: So what size?
Me: I want a large one.
Barista: *kept quiet and asked for the payment*

I just hated how she addressed that. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I just came to have a drink to go and in a hurry to do so. Tsk. CBTL should really address this.
I love Starbucks people.
