Tip: Japan Tourist Visa Application(very helpful-LINK inside)

^^^^^ Sir FOURever, kung sa Discovery Tour ka mag-aapply, pwede ka nila i-assist sa itinerary mo, kasi yung ginawa ko medyo pinalitan nila ng konti at binago ang format.

Working na ko sis kaya eto yung mga sinubmit ko:
  - certificate of employment
  - bank certificate - basta enough para maka-survive ka sa 15-day stay mo don.  i've read somewhere dapat daw 10k pesos per day ang budget mo so dapat more than 150k.
  - ITR

I don't have plane tickets yet ng mag-apply ako pero hotel/or place to stay need nila sa application mo.

sisses pwede kaya mag-apply kami wala pang 1 year sa work yung hubby ko? At may bearing kaya ang travel history? Medyo marami na rin ako napuntahan in the past 5 years (Hong Kong 2x, Macau, Singapore 2x, South Korea, Shenzhen, Malaysia) kaso yung work ko kasi Independent Contractor. So wala akong Certificate of Employment though may ITR ako (Form 1701) for 2013 (may tax yung raket ko). Keri na kaya yon? Or kelangan talaga si hubby na may full time job ang magpakita ng income docs? Malapit naman na sya mag 1 year sa company

How many months pala dapat sa account namin yung show money? Around 150K lang yung stable na laman nung samin for the past 6 months. Nag-aassist kaya sila sa PTAA Expo tom? Hoping ako haha pangarap ko to since childhood dahil isa akong anime fan.

Got my visa the other week. Visa granted too pero single entry lang. I applied at Rajah and i requested for a multiple. I dunno if the agency has something to do with it pero mas marami akong nababasa na nakakakuha ng multiple entry kahit first timers na nag submit sa Friendship tours.

No bearing ata ang travel history because i had copies of my previous visas and stamps and it was returned to me lang. Also they just ask for bank certificate and not a bank statement so i guess its safe to say 3 months.

^yes sis bank certification lang need nila. (so kahit magsalin lang ng pera ok lang kasi no bank statement eh)

kame out of 6 pax wala akong sinend na kahit anong about employment record ng passengers, even ITR i just used my dad's name as the guarantor for all of us kahit sa family ng kuya ko and pinsan, i guess maluwag talaga sila ngayon.

The agency said optional lang daw yung ITR. But of course better chances when you submit one so they can determine where your money is from.

wala naman siguro kinalaman ang travel agent sis vain_kixie kasi friendship ako and i requested for multiple entry but they gave me single entry only.

tama ka that they japan embassy does not seen to care much about previous travels,the girl who got my papers told me mas concern nila if you can pay for your travel.

^agree to that and giving single entry visa means re-apply forever so that' money din for them. bihira yata nakakakuha ng multiple talaga.

no they require atleast 1 ITR for all. like samen para hindi na hiwahiwalay isahan nalang talaga ginawa ko besides we all travel together naman talaga bihira na hindi kasama ang parents except on this one kasi may Europe sila but still I was able to work it out na sa kanilang ITR nalang gamitin.

Well that's what Rajah told my husband that the ITR is optional lang daw. Oh maybe pag business owner kahit walang ITR basta may SEC? May nababasa sin kasi ako sa pinoyexchange na walang ITR pero naaprove. I don't know really.

I do hope the dates we booked falls perfectly on the full bloom of the cherry blossoms.

^ glacy_rein & vain_kixie ~ Have you ladies mentioned when are your travel dates? 


I may have the different concern from a lot of you ladies. My passport renewal is scheduled on the 27th, if I didn't have it rush processed, I'd get it by Mar10 or so then will submit it for visa processing that week. But I bought air fare tickets already for April11. Do I have enough time to process the visa or gipit na?  Sakto lang sana.

Also, clarify ko lang.. na merong invitation letter kapag friend or relative, issue ba sa kanila kapag magkaibang gender or hindi naman? Thanks a lot!

Mga sis ilang months valid yung single entry? yan ba yung 90 days lang? So kung November pala trip ko hindi muna ako magaapply. Bank cert lang pala.

Single entry is good for 90 days. Mabilis lang sila mag process so kahit mga October ka mag apply.

yep you have enough time kasi 2-3days nalang ngayon lumalabas na visa

and panong magkaibang gender?? kapag relative walang problem.. you mean ba kapag friend? maisipan na baka mag-asawa kayo or something?? visit visa ang inapplyan namen, kasi yung aunt namen andun, granted naman kame lahat

Although, Im a frequent traveller: China, Hongkong, Dubai, Bangkok, Malaysia(no bearing as posted here).
I have US Visa(i travel once a year to California)

Kinakabahan ako if I could get a Japanese Visa. Kase nga wala naman ako docs. Ano ba maganda ko gawin? Should I provide a financial support from my parents. Im travelling with my cousins this March. I hope sisses here could help me.

Any of you mga sis nagapply ng Japan visa in SG or any other country na required din ang confirmed flight itinerary?

Pa-enlighten lang ako dito sa requirement for Visa Processing: 

"FLIGHT ITINERARY (Photocopy)
A flight reservation slip issued by a travel operator/airline showing a round-trip departing from and terminating in Singapore or an e-Ticket if flight reservation was made online. "

Need ba talaga na yung eh originates/terminates in Singapore (connecting flights may be applicable)
OR
pwede kaya Manila-Japan-Manila then separate booking pa yung SIN-MNL-SIN ko (maybe on diff airline pa)?

Due to the recent promo nagbook na ako MNL-NGO-MNL for me and my husband, ang mura kasi then preferred ko din sana na sabay kami ng husband ko ng flight to/from Japan, He is based in Pinas kasi.
Hehe hinde kasi gumana yung promo ng Cebu Pac for  SIN-NGO via MNL  . Plus I can get to meet my family pa for a meal before going to Japan and also drop my pasalubong to them before going back to SG.

Pwede kaya yun?


nalilito ako but anyway usable naman tickets ni hubby,bili na lang ako bago for meor pwede sa Pinas na lang kaya ako apply visa sabay kay hubby.

Get a letter signed by your parents that they will fund your treavel and get a copy of their bank statements
