On life: Staying positive doesn't mean being out of touch with reality - it's more on seeing the good side of life.

On diets: Crash diets are never going to work for long-term goals. Getting fit and living healthy takes time, habit-building, and big-time commitment.

On taking care of our body: We only have one body to live the rest of our lives in - don't abuse it, and take care of it the best way you can.

On fitness: Hindi naman kailangan ng gym membership. Minsan nga kahit 3 10-minute workouts lang per day ok na - ang importante yung commitment mo to keep on doing it.

On family: Families are forever.
