from China sis. Nope, hindi yung 250 custom fee ko. Part lang yung 250 - it's Import Processing Fee ata. Pero sa resibo, 2x siya nilagay sa computation so 500 bale siningil na IPF sakin. Kaya 1600+ ang total customs fee ko for a $38 package.

Pag EMS ba, sa postal ng city ko kukunin or sa Pasay pa?

Yun lang kung malaki ang babayaran no choice ka kasi yun na ang final... sometimes kasi yung can haggle sa customs sa pasay. (sometimes lang yun ah, di palagi.. mababait naman ang mga officers dun basta hindi ka magtataray) 

ay sis provincial ka ba? ako kasi RIZAL ako kaya pwede yun ganun sa local PO magbayad ng tax. alam ko kung sakop ka pa ng Metro Manila.. hmm Pasay talaga kung taxable.. pero sometimes kahit provincial, sa pasay padin pinapaclaim.

Nakakapgtaka lang, kung ganun kamahal ang mga taxes at customs duties, how come naglipana ang mga China goods dito sa Pinas na sobrang mura? Mahirap na tuloy mag-compete sa presyo kapag locally made yung products mo. Haay. Kung fair lang sana para sa lahat, walang problema.

OT na ata ito pero... pag bulk ka bumili, as in thousands of pieces, super mura mo talagang mabibili kaya kapag kahit dagdagan ng tax, keri pa rin ibenta ng mura. tska pag ganitong madamihan, dapat may trusted broker ka ata talaga

Hello!  Question sa online sellers na nagshi-ship sa customers abroad.  Para kasing ang mahal ng shipping fee, let's say papuntang US, kahit thru EMS?  Nakikita ko kasi sa etsy or sa ebay, ang mura ng charge ng sellers from US or China, for international shipping kahit mabigat yung item.  Dito sa tin, nakaka-turn off sa customers pag nalaman na super mahal yung shipping fee, lalo na pag lumagpas ng 25 USD.  How do you deal with that?  Yung items ko kasi at least 1.5kg, nasa 50 USD na yun sa EMS.  Plan ko kasi dagdagan na lang yung price ng item tapos mura yung shipping para di magreklamo yung customer.  Ok ba yung ganun?

^kasi our relative nga bought din pero if marame daw masisita sa airport UNLESS gagamitin mo na pagpunta.. so kapag shipping more likely na mas risky… unless the EMS won't ask anything kung saan galing pero for sure they will ask for the declared value…

ganto nalang try ka muna ilang pcs then try to ship it without asking anything.. upfront naman kasi the staff will ask if ano ipapadala then dun mo malaman if they have restrictions or will ask for docs.

who has experience using EMS shipping (from China to Philippines)? Gano katagal bago dumating dito? Kasi sabi nung supplier in transit to the Phils na daw (1 week na). Pero nagemail ako sa EMS Phils, wala pa daw dito yung parcel (binigay ko yung tracking #). Nakakahiya na kasi sa mga buyers ko - pre-order yun kaya bayad na nila.. Yung website naman, Jan14 pa first and last update.

Natawagan mo na ba yung EMS main office? Check mo agad. Baka kasi need pa lang ikaw magpickup (may mga ganung cases) dahil nagkaprob sa customs, baka magbayad ka pa ng storage fees kapag matagal na palang naka-tengga dun.

Just an update, I went to PHLPOST Pasay, the package contains 2 shoulder bag and a shirt, all were individual gift wrapped.  I thought if the items were declared gift it would be exempted from tax, unfortunately, they charged me P3,067 pesos for tax, sabi ng matandang babae nag compute kahit daw gifts eh, may tax pa rin, nasa batas daw yun.  haisst!!!

EMS is traceable pwede mo track using the China post website. Usually hindi lalagpas ng 1 week ang transit time ng EMS package. Baka naman nasa customs na.

Just an update, I went to PHLPOST Pasay, the package contains 2 shoulder bag and a shirt, all were individual gift wrapped.  I thought if the items were declared gift it would be exempted from tax, unfortunately, they charged me P3,067 pesos for tax, sabi ng matandang babae nag compute kahit daw gifts eh, may tax pa rin, nasa batas daw yun.  haisst!!!

Hindi ko pa naman nababayaran pero i already talked sa isang supplier sa Alibaba about the item.

Ang qoute kasi sakin is $385.99 all in na yan included na yung 68.12USD na shipping fee sa UPS. Saka yung paypal charge na 17.65USD.

Sa tingin niyo, how much yung tax na babayaran ko? 50 pcs ng item po yan.
Ang mahal pala ng UPS. Hayahay!
