My parents from U.S. sent a package on Feb. 14 through Atlas Shippers International(referred by their colleague) with the expected arrival date of March 17 at the Manila port. Upon checking their website, we found out that the EAT has been moved on March 24. It's so frustrating coz there are no means for the addressee to contact their office! They don't answer to your emails plus the phone number from their website is useless, it gives you a lot of directory instructions only to end up to the same number you have dialed. The only option left is to check the status of the package through their online tracking which is so insufficient.

Sis, mga magkano kaya magpadala ng package to Singapore through post office? Super light lang package, 1kg lang at most...

I saw Xend's international postal service rates and medyo mura lang yung rates nila has anyone tried them? ok ba? dumadating naman ba safely yung items?

^did you sent cosmetics sis? wala naman required na chemist documents or anything else? also by any chance familiar ka around how many cosmetic items ang kaya ng 100grams, wala kasi kami weighing scale sa bahay? haha

i sent a box of nail polishes, wala naman hininging requirements. sorry no idea sa anong kasya sa 100 grams, mas ok if paquote mo muna sa xend

sis, san yung tracking ng ems, which site? nagtatanong na kasi yung client to and i tried with Philpost site peri down naman yung tracking tab nila.

first time ko magpadala via ems  kahapon bec Xend disapponted me yet again. umaabot sa kanila ng 5 weeks!

^i knoww OA di ba? nangyari yung delay on 3 or 4 shipments out of 12. i used to ship with them all the time kasi convenient and cheap. pero ayoko na.. kawawa naman kasi kakaintay yung clients.

i paid 900 for ems. vs 450 sa xend. but hopefully no hassle. bikini pinadala ko na less than .20grams.

how do you track ems kaya? tried to research pero wala ako makita...

May tanong lang sana ako, first time ko kasi magpapdala sa ibang bansa,Tanong ko lang kung pwede kayang ilagay sa box [textspeak!] mga gifts na ipapadala ko? Papakialaman pa kaya nila yung laman nun kung sakaling ilagay ko sa box?

^sis  pag sa post office mo dinala they will check what items you will send abroad. Wag mo muna lagyan ng tape ang box dahil papaopen nila yan.
madami ba papadala mo? madalas kasi pinapa box talaga yan ng post office bago iweigh.

Kung sa xend naman hindi na nila ino-open kung nakabox na, just make sure na kung may liquids nakasealed mabuti para di magleak.

It was my first time to buy something online in an international website. I bought 2 big supplement bottles lang around 700g tapos the box was a little smaller than a shoe box. It was from Australia. Declared value lang ay $5. Nagulat ako ng tumawag sakin yung courier at sabi ideliver  na daw sa bahay kanina and may babayaran daw akong doc fee na 800 plus! May nakaipit daw from Customs! Grabe, ganon ba talaga kamahal? I was so surprised kasi yung isa nating sis from gen san, wala naman daw binayaran, 40 pesos lang yata I am from Quezon City. TNT worldwide yung courier

unfortunately, EMS, Fedex, TNT, etc. susceptible sa customs natin.
sabi nila pag sa provinces mas maluwag or hindi masyado pinapansin ng customs ang mga ganyan.

^minsan kasi sis pag EMS chambahan lang din kung hindi ka sisingilin ng customs. Nakaorder na din ako ng small items sa US and 40.00 lang din binabayaran ko kahit naka address sa manila, pero nung medyo malaki yung box at dito ko pa na address sa bulacan siningil ako ng 1000plus kahit pa declare value ay 15USD lang...

So sa ngayon hindi na ko gumagamit ng EMS lalo na pag sa china... meron na ko kontak na siya na bahala sa package ko... medyo mahal ng konti pero okay lang naman kasi malaki na [textspeak!] box and regardless of weight then 15days lang dito na sa bahay.

FEDEX, DHL UPS no no talaga yan mabilis nga pero talagang magbabayad ka...
