Ok naman EMS for me. The only thing I hate is paiba-iba sila ng charge depending on the location. Iba din yung charge ng EMS here in Pampanga compared sa nasa website nila. Nakakalito tuloy.

Pahelp naman po.. I need to ship perishable goods kasi to Singapore, chocolates yun OTL Pano po ba, safe ba ang EMS/post office natin when sending packages abroad? Saka hindi kaya masira yung chocolates?

^ chocolates, i don't think so. normal lang nagpapadala chocolates thru balikbayan boxes which take around a month to arrive.

as for perishable goods, medyo hindi ko lang alam if tatanggapin ng EMS yan.

Hindi rin nagshiship LBC or JRS Express eh

FedEx nagshiship pero mahal naman.

Hay san kaya may murang nagshiship ng perishable goods :|

Ems really sucks.

ilang beses nako nagreceive ng package from relatives abroad pero sobrang laki ng tax na binibigay sakin kahit na declared as a gift yung packages

Dami pa naman magdadatingan soon na packages from my sister and my uncle . hayy

^ from country of origin's EMS website. wala kasi tayo dito sa pinas na EMS site. or call the EMS office @ pasay.

^ China, based on experience 5-7 days. mine took 7 days talaga, na-hold pa sa customs. adapter lang ng laptop, lol.

^ Thank you, ako mag 7 days na tomorrow, kasama ba sa bilang 'yung holidays? Ano pa ibang shipping companies na-try mo? I tried Fedex = TAXXX! UPS = TAXXX! EMS = ang kupad. :p

Mga how much [textspeak!] tax na napay mo sis sa UPS or FEDEX? kase I tried EMS, after naship from china I got a notif card na my items were on hold and I have to pick it up sa pasay. I went to pasay and todo calculate naman c manang customs, halos half ng worth ng items na binili ko [textspeak!] siningil saken. Sinabi ko pa nga na 10% lang ang alam kong tax sa clothing and she insisted na 15% daw. Kahit na nakaindicate na as a "gift" [textspeak!] items di pinalampas. I can not forget that experience kase [textspeak!] mga kumukuha ng items din sa ems, nakikipagtawaran na babaan [textspeak!] sisingilin .

UPS = 1,200 for necklaces
Fedex = 1,000 for rings

I import items from china, so when i received notification card sa ems kinabahan ako..haha!, tawag agad ako sa kilala namin sa immigration, parang boss nung customs...kinausap nya [textspeak!] manag na nagkkwenta, ayun naka discount ako.from 5k, to 3.5k down to 2k..pero masakit pa dn sa bulsa,,haha!,

Pero mas ok ems, kesa fedex/dhl..at least kc sa customs mkkatawad ka..dapat wag ka makikipag away..
