Naku same problem sakin naman nag order me online last jan 12 from china din and EMS din gamit. I actually have several transactions na din naman before na same ang gamit ngayun lang natagalan. sa website ng EMS nung 24th pa na hand over sa customs yung isa naman nung 27 but until now wala padin yung package. bakit kaya ganun wag naman sana mawala 2 package pa naman yun. i expected nga na delay ang dating dito sa pinas since chinese new year nga pero nakadating na it seems na dito na naipit sa pinas. san ko ba pede i follow up?

^yes sis. better call the EMS office in Pasay. malamang na customs yun. Again, chinese website only gets updated until the package gets shipped out in China. After that, kayo na bahala mag follow up.

thank sis naku kinakabahan me baka pagbayarin ako ng tax ng bongga malaki pa sa item na nabili ko wag naman sana. the last time kasi gang pag deliver sa region ng calabarzon naka update sa ems website pero tumagal padin ng 3-4days before ko nareceive item. but now mejo matagal na siya wala padin. sis pede po pahingi number ng EMS pasay if you have? TIA

ayan sis pwede ka mag follow up sa lahat ng numbers na yan. most likely nakahold sa kanila at kailangan mo puntahan. most likely din, may babayaran kang tax. parang yung akin lang din.

and na-update naman sya sis when you check it from www.ems.com.cn up until pagrereceive ko and name ng consignee, updated sya when I tracked it.

@_AiaH_ thanks sis i called EMS just this morning & informed me na naka hold nga daw sa customs ang items ko, mah God!!! usually ba sis how much ang tax na binabayaran? kainis naman talaga uu bakit ba may mga taong ganyan nung first transaction ko naman ok eh. pinatatawagan sakin sa customs to confirm kinakabahan naman me kausapin ang customs at baka i quote ako ng bongga sa tax.

^ ano ba yung inorder mo sis? mine is less than a kilo, less than 1k worth. ang tax ko, 892 + 40 pesos. adaptor for my laptop. naiinis talaga ako. i don't know why this happened, kasi palagi ako umoorder talaga abroad, and most of my purchase are delivered to my door without hassle. first time ko umorder galing china, na hold pa. yung iba, galing US, galing Korea, nadedeliver sakin.

pillows lang yung sakin sis, actually ok na sya ang status niya sa website now is attempted delivery. i called customs kahapon na late lang daw ng process kasi dami nadating package from china, im just waiting for my item until 2moro ciguro ang pinaka least na ipaghihintay ko. its my 3rd transaction na with china using ems & nakahinga talga me ng maluwag knowing na nandito na sa binan ang items ko.

^ sis when you called them and they said nakahold sa customs, did they ask you that you have to come over and pick up the item from them?..

mga sis who are selling cosmetics, how much ang tax nyo if below 21 items lang naman?

^ how much is the declared value ng ipod nano sis? I did some research, and one of the downside ng private couriers is almost hindi negotiable ang tax nila. Kapag sinabi nilang ganun, ganun na nga talaga. Ask for a computation, para makita mo din kung ano ano mga siningil sayo.

Even if items are declared as gift, it's not given much significance anymore kahit pa totoong gift nga talaga. electronic items lalo na mga ganyan, it will be taxed. swerte nalang kung nakakalusot. if hindi, well expect to shell out a lot sa tax na babayaran.

881 vat?? lol. did they appraise your product? ang laki namang vat yan. almost 7,342php naderive nilang amount to come up with a 12% vat, how come? and yung customs duty mo is 5270 eh i thought the item is declared as $10. if yan sinunod nilang price, at hindi na appraise, your custom duty will not reach 527. hehe.

oh well, sige sis kuhanin mo na nga hehe

Thru post office..sa website ng canadapost 4-6 weeks daw
Un delivert gosh 11 weeks na!l ala pa din un laptop. Sobrng tawag
Na ako sa post office dito last update nla nung dec 22 pa nung
Lumabas sa canada un item..panu kaya po un?

mga sis i plan kasi na magonline selling ng some baby items ..nakita ko kasi aliexpress and alibaba ...sorry first time kasi yung alibaba and aliexpress iisa lang ba yun?...and yung aside sa shipping cost (EMS) nila..may babayaran pa din ba ako tax hndi ba yun na yun?.door to door na ba yun ems?...may babayaran pa ba na hidden charges like sa customs?...etc

Sis ania pwede din yung local post office ng relative mo yung tawagan or mas maganda if puntahan na niya para ma check if andyan na yung laptop.

^ EMS. If that's a sensitive document, much better sa DHL, FedEx. Their trackers are always updated. Sa EMS kasi natin, kapag nakapasok na sa bansa saka lang mag-appear if active ang tracker ng country nila. If hindi rin, wala rin kwenta. Hehe.

If I send a package of 25kilos of clothes to Italy through EMS, matatax pa ba yun pagdating dun? magbabayad pa yung recipient ng tax?
