I met a chef of Shang makati sabi niya mas maganda daw mag-aral sa CSA kasi sa CSA daw matututo ka talaga magluto na wlang exact recipe sa ibang schools daw kasi ibibgay sayo exact measurements kaya pagdating daw sa labas meaning kapag tapos na mag-aral masayado pa ring dependent sa recipe.

gusto ko din mag culinary & i'm planning to have a diploma in culinary school hindi pa [textspeak!] ako grad.nang college i'm only a 2ndyear. although dapat grad.na ko last year anyway sa the fort [textspeak!] GCIC & GACH of Mr. Rob Pengson [textspeak!] napili ko pero hindi ko pa lam sa dalawa. ano sa tingin nyo mga sis?

may culinary school ba na nagtuturo ng as in basic to professional cooking & baking? I mean, as in yung walang alam sa kusina, like me, hehe. di ako marunong magluto ng ulam, pritong hotdog lang at magsaing lang ang alam ko.

5 days a week.Mon-Friday Alternate week ang kitchen and theory class pag kitchen kayo the following week, most likely may pasok ng sat to do mise en place

I suggest talaga that you guys visit 2-3 culinary schools muna before deciding so that you'll have an idea what to expect.

opo consecutive days siya, monday to friday, then kapag may natapat na holiday, ma mo-move lang siya, no weekend class, depende sa batch nyo kung i rerequest nyo.
