What's the best school?
How much yung tuition?
What's the cheapest?
Gaano katagal mag-aaral?

etc etc.

Have no idea kasi. Parang gusto ko mag-enrol when I get back there in Manila.

ako din gusto ko pumasok sa culinary school pero gusto ko sana sa thailand kasi thai food ang gusto ko pag-aralan lutuin, pangarap ko kasi magtayo ng thai restaurant, meron silang 1 week and 2 weeks extensive program mejo mahal pero san ka pa ba matututong magluto ng masarap na thai food kundi sa thailand mismo....so pinag iipunan ko talaga sya

di ko nakita sa website nila yun updated sched.  puro 2009 to early 2010 yun nakikita ko.

yup short course nila ay 29500
yung pralines nila 10 k ish din:) start na sa october.
Magkakaroon na din ng baking course for Christmas:)

@itt sis hands on ba talaga sa iscahm?Madami matututunan?ilan students per class? Gusto ko sana itake yung short course ng Fundamentals of Culinary Arts, ng email na ko about sa tuition fee kung magkano, hindi ko na-include kung pwede ba installment?

sayang nag start na yun home bakery yesterday. yun next naman for commercial bread baking e hindi naman ako pwede. hay

sis yung sa tesda i think is free:) nag attend ng bartending kasi yung friend ko:) hehe

anyway sa ISCAHM yup handson sya;) sa short course ipapakita yung procedure and then may parts na handson:) I took FCA dati before I took the diploma course:) and right now Im taking FPA hehe. If you're interested, theyre offering asian cuisines din:) Last time i checked pwede installment:) mag ddown ka muna ng 10 k ata and then after te 3 session ata magbabayad ka ulit:)

di ko makita maigi yun sa TESDA, nahirapan ako magsearch sa site nila. meron lang dun mga accredited na schools.

restau? ay goodluck naman. Im doing our parang thesis and nakakaoverwhelm magtayo ng restau. as in. Isa pa kulang pa ako sa experience at matinding pag aaral ang kailangan para maging "successful" hehe anyway yung sa tesda sabi ng friend ko, nagpunta lang daw sa cityhall:) tapos ayun:D
