^sis, kung online meron prompt dun at the very start na if you want to add a family member(s) para one date na lang yung interview nyo. Be reminded lang per PIN sa visapoint you are allowed 2 appointment reschedules done at least 3 business days before your original interview date.

here's our case..

hubby and i are planning to get a US visa..
-newly married last july 2010
-currently employed for about 2 years (10k each ang salary namin) we work for my dad's company.
- i'm a stock holder of our family's corporation.. small time lang (newly established 1 year palang)
-my hubby had his pending petition when he was still single.. pero parang manunullified yata 'yon pag kinasal na.
- hubby only traveled to HK (leisure)
- my travels were HK (leisure) and China (business)
-we have joint account of 250kPhp+ and 1k+$ kakaopen lang nong august
-i have a dollar account of 5k i think
-i have 2 land assets..*thanks to my dad.. 
-hubby owns SUV

ang pinag-aalala ko lang dito is that nakapetition dati si Hubby..>_< and his family are their in the US na..immigrants sila doon, candidate for citizenship na sila..

sa tingin nyo ano chances namin to get a US visa? thanks!

pano ba ang flow? di ba online application then pag submit ko ba may date agad ako kung kelan ako interview? mga ilang months kaya..any idea?

- pay the fee at BDO or Citibank
- fill out the application DS160
- schdeule your interview.  better if online via Visapoint
- collate all your other docs, ITR / Bank Cert / Employer Cert etc
Schedule for November di pa available.  dami available for October pa

question, if my visa is in my maiden name and my passport is in my married name, ano document dapat ipakita ko when i leave/ arrive at the port of entry? pwede na ang NSO marriage certificate ba?

yes kasi proof yun na you have money to pay for your trip.  unless iba ang magbabayad, but you still have to prove that may pera yun sponsor mo.

I finally submitted my DS-160. Kaso sinubmit ko siya dito sa bahay, wala akong printer.

Pag email confirmation pala, as in confirmation page lang in PDF. Gusto ko sana i-print yung summary ng application ko.

Wala na ba talagang way for me to print the application that I submitted?

nasa magkano kaya range ng money in banks ang kelangan when applying US Visa. ball park figure kahit in peso.

Will an invitation letter from cousins in US will do kaya stating sagot nila lahat ng expenses ko for 2 weeks only? Kelangan bA nila ipanotarized yun for example kapag isend sakin?

Nakakabadtrip kasi yung colleague ko napaka damot ng sa INFO palibhasa Bitter Ocampo he got denied (African Nationality) even his Parents and Siblings are all there in US, sya lang and wife here in UAE.
Ask lang naman ako tips and how was his interview. He kept mum about it, although he said dapat daw 50k dirhams ang laman ng bank. When I asked him, where he got the idea or kung sinasabi ba talaga ng US Consul yun, I can't get to seem get an answer. Basura talaga!

My husband got approved for his C1/D and B1/B2 again today. He said even though his appointment was at 9am, they were able to enter the pavilion at 730am, super fast for fingerprinting etc...sa courier area, not too many people & quite a number were denied...

never been outside pinas pero target ko by feb punta ako singapore (matatakan lang passport)
ill be staying sa friend ko sa california ..sya bahala sa xpense ko dun.
3 - 4 weeks lang stay kasi mahirap na baka mawalan ako work pag pinatagal ko pa
no land property...no car..just my work ...wala pa savings mag uumpisa pa lang

my chance ba ako ? any suggestion ano pa dapat kong gawin ...pls help me

hi!!!  me and my husband been in europe last jan. 2010 for meditteranean cruise tourist visa.. then on that cruise i've won a 7 day carribean cruise and its going to expire on feb. 2011..we have set our interview on friday for US Visa... our agent filled out our form is there going to be a problem (DS 160)? (first time going to US)

Yes sis dito ako sa UAE. Gusto ko sana ipakita yung personal SAVINGS account ko and not CURRENT account.  Pero anyway good idea sis. baka dun na lang sa current account ko imaintain ang laman ng salary ko then kung hanapan pa ako ng other source of funds baka pwede ko ipakita yung
nasa SAVINGS ko.

wow sis 12k Dinars ang laki! buti pa kayo! hehe

Planning to go US by February, so i still have few more months to maintain bank account movement ko.

If you're asking if there's going to be a problem that an agent filled out the form for you, no. There's an entry at the end of the form process that your agent needs to enter his/her name, organization and relation to you, plus address...
You have to be sure, though, that you are aware that all the entries he filled up are correct.

need help/advised

here's my case:

1.  have made appointment on visa point for a scheduled interview last march of 2009 but di ako natuloy kasi kulang yung funds ko to go to the US to attend a friends wedding. di ko rin sya nacancel coz at that time sobra busy sa work.

2.  on april 2010 plan kong mag apply ng tourist visa. reason: birthday give to myself, be turning 33 by march next year. i'll probably have 150k sa bank ko by then. pwede na kaya yun? i have plans of staying 2 weeks max sa US. i have a cousin at maryland and a friend at florida. pwede akong magstay kahit saan. Ano pwede ko ilagay sa form?

3. current job: executive asst of an american, started september [textspeak!] this year. buo ang bigay sa akin ng boss ko ng pay kaya tax free. will it matter? though and SSS and Pag-ibig naghuhulog ako as volunteer. ang pwede kong mapresent na ITR eh yung from jan-august 2010 and makukuha kpa ng april 2011. for sure do ko pa mkukuha yung copy by the time na magpapainterview ako. i plan to have a schedule on april 18 2011.

4. meron akong binili na lupa sa mga magulang ko... i have the deed of sale and registration. ito [textspeak!] ang pinanghahawakan ko as "ties" and yung money sa bank.

5. by feb 2011 my family and i will go to singapore and that will be the 1st time na magttravel ako abroad. will be travelling from feb 1-5 and we plan to visit bangkok and malaysia also.
