Thanks, Pasali ha. I have to get an appointment for transit visa to mexico. sana madali lang.

^madali lang sis. yung office mate ko dati, kelangan pumunta ng costa rica (dun kasi yung main office namin), so kumuha ng transit visa. madali naman , ang naging problem lang nya nadelay yung flight nila to Texas kaya ayun, nagovernight siya sa Texas.

Hi there!

Hubby and I planned to apply for US visa by August or September 2010. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung chance kami makakuha ng VISA:

- Hubby (renewal na sya)
- visited US 2004, 2006, 2007 (Tenessee, Vegas, California, NY)
- immediate family nandun sa US (Las Vegas), relatives ng Father in law ko nasa US na rin.
- we do have business (caricature and layout needs for wedding invites, etc.) for 8 months. May DTI na kami pero plan to apply ng BIR by September. may mga susunod na ring bridal fairs (baka makatulong)
- current Supervisor in a Gas Station for 7 months (pero wala syang ITR kasi di sya naissue ng company kasi based kami sa Samar)
- may joint account si hubby (naka and or sya sa parents nya), time deposit na naka and or din sya and sa magulang nya. worth X,XXX,XXX yung savings account and X,XXX,XXX naman ang time deposit nila. depositor sila sa Manila kasi Manila based tlg kami.

- Me (first time)
- visited HK pero HS pa ako nun, 28 na ako ngayon
- owner ng isang Boutique (running for 4 months already) sa Samar (pinangalan sa akin ni sister, pero ang mga sales invoice, kay sister nakapangalan..makakatulong ba ito? or huwag na lang ideclare na may business ako)
- also finance manager ako ng sister ko dito sa Samar
- di ganong kalakihan ang amount sa bank
- wala ring ITR, di uso kasi dito sa Samar except sa business, wala pang ITR (kasi 4 months pa lang ang business), pero may mga monthly na bayarin sa BIR na nasa akin naman ngayon.
- plans to put up events shop within this year sa Manila (kukuha rin DTI)

1.5 years na kaming kasal, no kids. plans to visit US kasi di ko pa nakikita relatives ni hubby (sa fathers side sa US since the time nagkakilala kami) and makavacation rin by February 2011 kasi 2nd wedding anniversary namin yun. 1st vacation namin together abroad if ever.

Sa palagay nyo may chance kaming makapasa (since si hubby renewal na sya). paano kung wala pang ITR, pwede ba magrequest if ever?

any tips will be highly appreciated.

yung mom ng friend ko na-deny last month kasi di nya nalagay yung na-deny sila nung 2000. may petition din siya na hindi nya alam? kasi ang alam nya yung bro-in-law nya ang pinetition lang yung husband nya, hindi sya kasama. parang ganun sabi nya. apply ulit sya next month sana ma-approve sya para ma-visit nya daughter nya dito sa u.s. kaya lang parang malabo na...

question din pala:
let's say may tourist visa ka, ang sabi mo vacation (pero actually bibisitahin mo lang gf mo). umuwi ka ng pinas, your pr gf from the u.s. marries you in manila. pagbalik mo sa u.s., malalaman ba nila na your wife is in the u.s.? o malalaman  lang nila kung naka-petition ka na? thanks!

Hubby renewing his visas next month so I'm gonna let my 2 daughters ages 2 n 7mos get theirs as well. Goodluck to us for the long wait! =)

sino po may visapoint pin? pwede pa check if open na yung September and October na dates? last time i checked kasi nka blocked pa eh.. July and August lang yung me available dates... ayaw ko kasi muna gamitin yung pin ko habang d pa ako sure na my available na nga kasi baka magka error ako ulit if wala pa ako mahanap na appointment hehe... tingin ko sis parang sasablay pag ganun ang sinabi...kasi sasabihin ng consul na [textspeak!] kang strong ties dito sa Pilipinas...tapos pag sinabi pa na kamag anak mag sshoulder na nasa US, chances are isipin na mag TNT pa, kahit hindi naamn... minsan kasi kahit nagsasabi ka ng totoo, pero sa panahon ngayon medyo 50-50 yung ganyan answer...sana lang good mood si consul pag yun ang if ever na question niya sis sa interview mo

Depende din siguro yan kung anong airline, how long you've been working sa airline, history of travel, etc. I never had any problems renewing my visas. I work for an international airline. The last time I had my visa renewed, isa lang tanong sa akin "You still working with ___?" Si hubby naman who works for a Philippine based airline hindi din nagkaproblema when he renewed his visa.

I agree with mama squeak. I used to work for a major asian carrier as well but during my 1st year with them, a lot of my colleagues were going on US trips then faxing us resignation letters so I guess medyo na put off ang embassy sa aming company. They would issue some of my colleagues single entry visas but would require them to show up at the embassy upon returning to MNL. Haven't experienced any problems personally. I've worked for a major middle east carrier after that, then I was able to renew for the nth time. No problems. Like mama squeak din, my husband flies for a Philippine carrier and we haven't had any problems so far. Like the last time we renewed, the consul just asked us if we were going on vacation. A bit anti-climactic if you were expecting an interrogation session.

ano kaya chance namin ni hubby ,,,, renewal of visa which expired last 2000 pa. plan namin to get a visa na rin for our 2 kids ages 7 and 12

^hi sis, if you won't mind, bakit hindi pa kayo nag pa renew dati? si bf kase kaka-approve lang yesterday (thank God!!! ) ang mga questions daw sa kanya:

1. what's your job, where do you work
2. how many times have you been to the United States
3. how long have you stayed there

yan lang..

so i guess sis, kung hindi ka naman super tagal nag-stay sa US, like more than 6 mos which is overstaying na, you have a big chance of being approved of the renewal. just be ready with the documents pa din... Goodluck

we stayed in US for 1 week only kase nainip kami dun. after mapasyalan namin yung alcatraz, sanfo bridge etcetera eh wala na kami magawa kase busy naman yung mga relatives namin so naiwan lang kami sa house so uwi agad kami ng pinas, now gusto namin dalawin yung sister ni hubby and pasyal na tuloy sa universal studio na i heard is super ganda daw, we will apply for a renewal. pero nakailang palit na kami ng passport, need ba ng embassy yung old passport na may US visa stamp sticker?

^As far as I know, you're supposed to present all previous passports. You can find the requirements for renewal at the US Embassy Manila website. In my case kasi, when I last reapplied for a visa, my old passports containing my prev US visa were burned at the fire that gutted our house. So all I presented was an affidavit of loss (which they never looked at, but you can never be too prepared )...I filled up the form using only month n year and not specific dates sa date of issue etc ng prev visas issued kasi I can't recall them anymore. Ok naman. I didn't have any problem about it at all. To think 3 visas yung nasama sa nasunog. All expired, of course...one was multiple entry pa, old style, haha.
