GT from Peyups! How's life after UP?

I've been away from elbi for many years already and the last time i visited (2 weeks ago), it seemed the same yet not. or siguro madami lang memories in each building i went to. everyone's face is different na, but the old profs i had were there. ang kulit lang kasi i couldn't believe they have aged in 10 years.

IMO, isa lang napatunayan ko, nakaktulong talaga sa resume kung sang school ka galing plus points na yung performance mo.

 it was easier finding a job probably because i garduated from UP. But because i learned from UP how to stand up for myself and be anybody you want, i decided to give up the corporate world and have my own biz so i can be my own boss.No regrets.

currently taking up Master of Science in Public Health in another institution, last trimester na, hopefully.

then baka PhD in Epidemiology sa UP Manila ulit kung kaya ng sked ko

Goodluck sa lahat ng nagpopost-graduate studies! Gusto ko ulit mag-aral kaso napiga na utak ko nung nagdefend ako master's thesis.

Meron na bang nakapag-UP Open University dito? Musta naman? (uy, nagbabalak ako... hehe)

^ i had few subjects na nagcross enrol ako sa OPOU, ok naman sya pero dapat discipline talaga kasi mostly modules lang ang binibigay, some have online classes or face to face once a month.

Sis Kaice, wow... kakainggit nga. Ang galing naman. Best of luck to you and your studies.   Bio ang first choice ko nun. Kaya lang hindi pumasok. I ended up in CSSP instead.

Sis Shooting Star, thanks. Hilig ko din kasi since I was a little girl. I wanted to take up something art-related in college, kaya lang hindi pumayag ang parentals. Anyhoo, Raffles Design Insititue (been living abroad for 8 years na kasi), advanced diploma lang. The downside is, medyo magde-degenerate ang grey matter.    At least in my case, that's what happened. I noticed that I no longer am as sharp nor as quick witted as before. The creative side has been cultivated, no doubt, pero nag-suffer naman ang logic skills.    Napansin ko rin na medyo limited na ang topics na I am knowledgeable of kahit na lagi naman ako nagbabasa. I guess we can't have the best of both worlds. Pero ang sarap talaga mag aral noh?
