:D nagpa rebond kami ng mom ko dito about one year ago , and until now parang di pa naman nawawala ang effect though nag wave na ang hair ko dahil sa sobrang higpit ng pag ponytail . the service is great though matagal ka nga lang maaasikaso dahil laging maraming tao , the shop is quite spacious ang di lang maitatanggi ay super matamang na amoy ng gamot but its all worth it .
;) i will go back ulit pag hindi na busy kasi super kakain ng oras mo .

pero may kasabihan din sis, you get what you pay for.  dont expect 1st class treatment kung hindi ka naman nagbayad ng ginto.  sad but true, but that's how the world goes.

agree!
and hindi naman lahat ng nagwowork dun ganun. most of my colleagues, even managers, have gone there to have their hair done. yun nga lang talaga, you have to set your expectations properly.

its true true that regarding their customer service you really get what you pay for..which I personally can endure naman..being kuripot and just wanting straight hair.  I always go to VO for rebonding and even brought my sisters there.  last time I was there, around Feb, was for digital perm pero sira daw yung pang digital perm nila so i ended up with the traditional perm.  Isa lang daw ang nagpperm dun and she permed my hair while watching wowowee at the reception area on the 2nd floor.  She seated me in front of the TV.  So lahat ng tao pinagtitinginan ako cuz I'm the only person who asked for a perm while everybody's hair is being ironed straight.  To cut the story short It turned out alright..my hair got dry and split ends afterwards, which is prolly due to previous rebondings.  Had my haircut at Acqua salon in Trinoma who did a very good job eliminating the split ends.. so after almost 7 months now..nasa dulo na lang yung curls ko..im torn between having my hair permed again or rebonded..hmmm..

^ same dilemma! i got my hair digipermed october last year and now i can't decide whether to get a digiperm again or have my hair rebonded. but if i go for a rebond, i'll definitely get it from victor ortega salon.  :)

heres my review when i went here 2 weeks ago for rebond service...

went around 10am ng saturday, ang daming tao good thing na entertain pa rin ako kahit mga kaabay ko sa reception area e mga naka appoint first time ko kasi and didn't know na super daming tao sa salon na ito lalo pag weekend.  di nila shinampoo hair before putting on straigthening cream you have to request pa to shampoo your hair e diba dapat wash and shampoo muna hair yung gumawa ng hair ko banat agad :( amoy gamot parlor nila as in ang tapang! super long wait sa pag wash and condition ng hair kasi 2 lang sink nila and tiga shampoo/condition, hope magdagdag sila kasi ang dami nil customer, inabot tuloy ng 6 hours yung rebond ko hindi na ako nagpa treat kasi may lakad pa ako after.  pero sobrang smooth and silky ng hair ko without treatment pa yan ha and yet I only paid for 1k for mid waist length hair:) customer service is quiet good din, wala naman akong naging bad experience:) overall happy naman ako sa result, I might go back for treatment and try their mani/pedi with paraffin wax foot spa:)
