^sis , I stand corrected. Rolled oats yata siya. But you're definitely full when you eat it compared to the old fashioned oats.
It's chewy too.

Anybody tried Muesli instead? Mas gusto ko ito kesa sa oatmeal lang. Kasi may mga nuts. Yun lang medyo mahal.

okay sa akin ang rolled oats (haven't tried steel cut). it has a bite na for me has similar texture with rice.

There.s now Quaker Oats Caldo available. 108 calories and with chicken/beef flavor. I just add 1 to 2 tablespoon of oat bran para mas madami. It makes me feel full. Nakakasawa din ang laging sweet ang flavor ng oat meal.

^Masarap b siya?  Our cook can do arrozcaldo using oatmeal and it's really delicious. This one I have not tried personally kasi I bought it for my child.

^yes masarap, especially the beef.  Ok to for breakfast and dinner, lagyan mo na rin ng boiled eggs.
