I alternate between trail mix and granola. Feeling ko napagsawaan ko na ang oatmeal when I was younger.

this is what i do as well. i think effective. i think if you really want to loose weight though you have to go for the unflavored/original version kasi yung additives for the flavored ones can be sugar/chocolate so nakakataba din.

Ako I have elevated uric acid levels. Just did atkins for 2 wks and lost 7lbs pero I guess puro water weight. So now sticking to rolled oats diet. Kasi pag chinek ko lahat ng food list - mapa red meat being number 1 sa uric, nuts, some kinds of fish esp tuna, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, kamote - eh wala na talaga ko makakain kundi lechugas at milk nito :( so now I am into oatmeal diet until ,ov 18 :) already lost 2lbs and I've been doinf circuit training 45 mins everyday for 2 weeks straight na.

Cooked oatmeal every morning or every other morning for 1 year already. Topping it with either fresh mangoes or papaya, yogurt, or some dried raisins or sometimes with just a sachet of 3in1 coffee.
Extended hours of feeling full.

I've always just eaten oatmeal with hot water. The oats absorb the hot water esp when I cover it. Haven't tried with milk yet, but if the liquid is cold, will it still be absorbed as quickly? My problem is what to mix with the oatmeal so it won't taste bland.

^you can add raisins, prunes, dates or yung dried jackfruit (try mo dried mangoes, dried pineapple, etc kung ano bagay sa panglasa mo, pinakabagay for me is jackfruit), almond slices, candied walnuts, chopped cashew and the likes. You can add coco sugar kung gusto mo na sweet. Sometimes ginagawa kong arrozcaldo ang oatmeal or champorado. Instead of using malagkit, i use oatmeal.

I substitute oatmeal for my lunch and then 1/2 cup rice and ulam for dinner.
Nakakabawas din. Sana tuloy tuloy na.

Jamba Juice offers steel cut oatmeals.  Sarap!

On and off ang pagkain ko ng oatmeat but this has been a very effective diet for me. I did this straight for two weeks, boom! flat na tummy agad, but i felt deprived, hehe. so ayaw ko na ulitin. I still eat oatmeal once a day as a substitute sa dinner, still effective. :)

although, it really is good for digestion. hehe.
