Mga sis,
Kaya niyo to, I lose 2 pounds per week sa oatmeal diet.
But the thing with this diet is grabeng discipline talaga.
I do eat oatmeal for breakfast and dinner and pag nagutom ako, so ang bowel evacuation din is very regular. But I eat regular lunch but mostly vegetables, fish, the healthy kind no pork and beef and half or no rice at all.
Plus exercise din every day, running, 10 situps, 10 jumping jack, 10 lunges. Kaya 2 pounds per week nawawala.  Matagal kasi maglose weight pag walang exercise talaga.

sis kiz me,
sis try eating it with milk and 1/2 teaspoon sugar lang mas mabilis ang weight loss.

sis rlin,
haha me too sis yan ang fave kong oatmeal partner!

I love oatmeal for breakfast. I just sprinkle cinnamon and that's it. I don't add sugar or milk anymore. Sometimes I put slices of bananas or raisins para mas fruity. Use the Old-fashioned or steel-cut oats rather than the Instant or Quick-cooking oatmeal.

i usually eat oatmeal for breakfast coz it's convenient plus it helps me have a regular bowel movement.  i usually favor the choco with milk flavor of quaker oats.

^^ ako naman sis I started 2 weeks ago tapos nag stop ako this weekend because i had fever. :(

Back to otmeal diet ulit ako. Yun lang kinakain ko sa office. Pero kapag nasa bahay ako nag ra-rice parin ako. hehe

I'm back to oatmeal diet!

Kapag sinipag, I do hip-hop abs or yoga. Minsan I practice my jazz routine.

Then, sleep. Small amount of rice ulit with fruit.

Kainis lang kasi I'd been doing this for 1 month and a half pero lagi kong nakakalimitan mag check ng weight. hehe

I used to follow an oatmeal diet when I was in college.

Kaya ngayon I'd rather eat more and exercise, than eat less and do nothing.

after i gave birth to my 3rd child, i  ate oatmeal for breakfast and for my late-night meal. it was not meant for any slimming purpose but to augment my milk supply since i was and still breastfeeding, and oatmeal is a known galactogogue(breast milk increaser). I eat this with flaxseed, muscovado and powdered moringa. Happy to say that it has not only increased my milk supply but it also helped me lose weight. In fact, i was able to return to my pre-pregnancy body compared to my officemates who are 1st time mommies.ü

hi mga sis! naging diet ko din ito before. hehe. pagnagsawa na ako sa plain, i put some dark cocoa, sprinkle of sugar and low fat/fat free milk. parang champorado lang. hehe. i also have another recipe na tinuro ng big sister ko from SG. you should prepare it the night before you're going to eat it. yung oats, ibababad mo cya sa low fat/fat-free milk, with the almonds, dried fruits, flaxseed. then in the morning before you eat it, put some plain yogurt and honey. yummy!!! so healthy!!!  :D

Joining!

I need some advise mga sis. I'm planning to get into this kind of diet and I have a few questions. :)

You can buy flaxseed oil in any health shop. Healthy options has it. I use it my protein shakes :)
