me naman I cant stand the taste of oatmeal as in nasusuka ako! but my friend told me to try making savory oatmeal. At first akala ko weird... but once i tasted it I super loved it! Parang risotto... or arroz caldo. I heard Cameron Diaz eats savory oatmeal for bfast.

try it... kung sawa kayo sa sweet oatmeal, or if you are like me and cannot stand the taste or the usual way oatmeal is prepared

my friend naman... makes her oatmeal ala arroz caldo style. Di mo daw mapapansin yung difference

i already incorporate oatmeal in my diet. actually dinner ko sya,for breakfast i only eats banana since inde [textspeak!] ko mabreakfast na tao then for lunch i still eat 1cup of rice with normal ulam so as not to deprive myself much. i feel healthy naman and hopefully i will lose some weight kahit mabagal pa maging effect ng diet ko. :)

sis, I think effective kasi nabago talaga eating habits ko. Talagang nakakabusog pakiramdam when you eat oatmeal. At least natututo na ako hindi mag overeat. At yung exercise ko pala, 35 mins treadmill Lang at 1 beses ko Lang nagawa kasi nagkameron ako. Hehe.

i'm also into oatmeal diet. just started last week. it's my breakfast with 1 banana plus a cup of sugar free coffee. but sa lunch, nagra-rice ako & sometimes, oatmeal pa rin ang dinner if the ulam is not that tempting :) i try to eat oatmeal din before 6pm as my early dinner and pag medyo nagutom pa, toasted bread na lang with green tea...

and i'm happy with the result. medyo lumiit na tiyan ko. un flabiness na lang ang kelangan ko ma-firm up. kaya i also started to do brisk walking kahit 3x a week for 30 mins. hopefully, ma-flatten na un abs ko by summer so i could wear a 2pc bathing suit :D

I use oatmeal as substitute for rice. I put a bit of pepper and salt plus olive oil. I make it a bit dry so parang kanin na rin sya.

I will try to do this diet again. Sa tuesday na siguro kase may date kami ni hubby sa valentines... hehe i want to try the savory oatmeal kasi kakasawa na din yung palagi na lang ganon ang lasa ng oatmeal ko. I prefer the plain oats kesa sa flavored. Im so excited na to start. Ü

Oatmeal din ako for breakfast. But sometimes nagsasawa din ako so I alternate with Cheerios. As for my last blood test, bumaba cholesterol ko. I have a long way to go but malaking tulong talaga siya. :)

I love Cheerios, I make them my chichirya. Imma add some real chocolate to my oatmeal tomorrow, 2 weeks na kasi akong walang grains sa diet I decided to get my carbs from veggies lang.

^ I use honey nut cheerios! Yummy! Hehe. Nakakapayat talaga oatmeal though. I weighed myself yesterday, I think I lost 2-3 lbs without trying as hard. Ang nabago lang naman sa akin oatmeal :) But I'm back to counting calories. :)

I'm used to eating oatmeal in the morning, with konting milk and sugar substitute lang; sanay kasi ako na walang lasa ang breakfast ko, hehe. Might do this again to lose weight. :)

I tried the organic rolled oats from Healthy Options.  Susme nakakapoopoo sya.  Maganda sa pakiramdam.  maganda yung effect sa tummy ko kahit 2x ko pa lang nagagamit.  I'm using Quaker Rolled oats kase, and nung naubusan ako,  I went to Healthy options sa Shang-rila ang bought the tingi.  Wala namang kakaibang lasa but I felt good talaga after nagpoopoo. matapos ko lang maubos yung stock ko ng Quaker oat then buy na ako ng 1 kilo na HO rolled oats.  its 212php/Kilo ata
