joining the thread... me naman, I use the unflavored one.. then hinahaluan ko ng milo na lang para magkaflavor... so parang champorado din... it's a good combination in my case because, I'm feeling full pero hindi bloated...

hmmm... di po ito pang diet kasi very rich. but my niece and nephew love this.

put regular oatmeal + low fat milk + nestle's cream in a bowl, stir, then cover, refrigerate overnight.
at breakfast, pour more milk and cream, stir, then sprinkle brown sugar... yummy!

Ma-try nga din to. I have a co-worker who eats it for breakfast and midday meal, plus he works out a lot. Nakikita ko naman results, pumapayat sya. Hehe. Pero like the other girls, I'll need to add some flavoring cos the taste is MEH.

pa join....

yun ex-boyfriend ko (my husband) gym instructor
sabi nya sa aken uminom daw ako ng 1 glass of water 15 minutes before my meal para daw pag kumain ako feeling busog agad.
oatmeal and nesvita diet din. unflavored pero hinahaluan namin ng fruits tulad ng hinog na mangga, banana and the like. tapos dinner tuna (century para may lasa)
he also said dapat my sinful day or cheat day once a week. ito yun araw na kakainin mo lahat ng gusto mo. chocolates, ice ream, cake, pork and so on.
helpful din ang skyflakes and fresh juice.

kaso.... sa trabaho ko ndi ko kaya ang danitong diet. hayyyyy nakakastress

sana naka tulong

i'm eating oatmeal once or twice a day instead of rice. it's hard to go on a diet. at least oatmeal tastes good if mixed with fruits like banana and apple. i put milo and lots of milk if i'm craving for something sweet. i weigh 142 lbs. i'm hoping to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight soon with the help of oatmeal, fruits and exercise.

^dapat breakfast mo kinakain yun. hehe! talagang mahihilo ka. dapat 1 cup of rice + ulam ang lunch.. para maglast ka through out the day.

ako minsan quaker oats, minsan nestiva, minsan milo + bread.. dapat talaga you eat sa breakfast. whole meal sa lunch then konti na lang kain lang sa dinner.  ;)

On my first week of not eating rice, I started with oatmeal diet, no sugar just a little bit of milk lang din then I eat with skyflakes, wala naman masyadong nagbago kasi long time effect.
