Kapag hindi tumama sa ngipin ko yung ACV hindi maaapektuhan ngipin ko?

hindi ko matolerate inumin ng solo ang acv,,,so what i did is...i put 4 spoons of acv in 1 litter of water then i add 3 spoons of honey ang shake...i drink 1-2 glass of mixture 30mins before breakfast...then before lunch and dinner,,less food cravings ang napansin ko...

My 3rd day today. Mga sis, may result na ba agad sa inyo when you tried it? Sakin kasi parang wala. Heinz ang gamit ko. I take it on the morning lang before breakfast. Mas effective ba kung twice a day?

I've only tried 1 tablespoon sa 1 glass of water. Ang hirap inumin!  Maybe I should try it with honey? *fingers-crossed*

Went to mall earlier to look for Bragg's. Sadly, they only have the big bottle (P265). I wanna try first sana the small one para kung hindi okay sa akin acv, hindi ako manghinayang. Kaso wala.

in fairness sa acv very useful. ginagamit ko syang pantanggal ng skin tag ko sa likod. mga 1 week nalang palagay ko matatanggal na sya.

I did a research on this, and no it won't harm your intestine. It's because the vinegar turns into alkaline once it gets through your body. I'm just not sure with people with tummy problems like if you're acidic or have sensitive tummy or something.
