Excited, but kinda scared too coz my teeth is already weak..

Any tips on how ACV will not do any harm on my teeth? TIA

Yes sis actually it was a suggestion from my hcg seller. you could mix like 2 tsp of acv in a glass of water add honey or stevia.. Mejo matapang kasi ang acv so adjust mo na lang ang dami depending on your preference.. Ako mga 2 tsp lang kasi acidic ako..

From this thread, I've found out that there are some who take pure acv directly no need to mix it in water..

^don't take pure ACV! it will ruin your teeth and you gastrointestinal lining. Mag diet na lang kayo ng maayos kesa naman suffer having brittle teeth and hyperacidity.

I had ACV before pero ngayon hyperacidity na ang sakit ko. and with hyperacidity, the acid can also react and burn your voice walls. Ulcer and pharyngitis, anyone?

i just drank one glass of ACV diluted in water... no honey pa rin, but only because tinatamad ako hanapin yung honey sa kitchen... weirdly enough... mas bearable na sya now... yung taste niya i mean... i guess, sanayan din itong ACV na 'to..

Heinz ACV nabili ko, ok lang kaya yun? malaki ba difference ng bragg's sa heinz?

Heinz now is P179 at Healthy Options. Heinz in a grocery costs around P130 - P140 . Go for Bragg coz it's organic pa.
