APPLE CIDER VINEGAR for weight loss?

Hi mga sis, share ko lang experience ko with ACV, 3 bottles of Bragg ACV na yung naubos ko dati. At first bottle, ok nman sya, i drink it twice a day 30mins. before meal. Yung effect, nasa stop yung mga food cravings ko at feeling busog ako after ko sa inumin at parang nakakawalang gana kung kumain. I dont experience stomach upset due to acidity of ACV kahit walang laman yung tyan ko pag iniinom ko sya, 1tbsp of ACV then 1tbsp Honey in a glass of water yung timpla ko. I just gargle more water after i drink ACV to prevent brittling of teeth daw. I dont lose so much weight kasi wala nman akong iniba sa diet ko, hindi nman kasi ako mataba, i just drink it to maintain my figure. In my second & third bottle na, parang wala na syang effect sakin, feeling ko na immune na yung taste buds ko at yung body ko, bumalik na yung gana ko sa pagkain at mga food cravings ko, so i just stop taking it baka kasi in a long run maging acidic na yung body ko, i just watch  what im eating na [textspeak!] para hindi tumaba.

i tried acv May 15, then kinabukasan May 16 dumating ang buwanang dalaw ko, na supposedly May 19 pa. Mula May 16 til today May 22 meron pa din ako...i stopped ACV May 21 baka yun ang dahilan kung bakit ayaw huminto ang menstruation ko....medyo humina nga hindi na ganun sa mga nakaraang araw na talagang malakas...

bakit kaya ganun ang effect sa akin?...i searched sa google at sabi naman na pampatigil ng menstruation ang ACV...baliktad naman sa akin!

kaya heto..tapon ko na ACV, sayang! maganda pa naman sana effect sa akin kase nabawasan ako ng 1 kilo for that 5 days of drinking it.

ang effect sakin ng ACV eh nakaka 2 or 3x ako magpoops. Ang pag inom ko kase eh nilalagay ko sa iced tea diko kase ma take ang lasa at amoy. ok lang ba yun?

Heinz acv is better be used as cane vinegar from its taste and smell. Im buying another bottle of braggs sometime, will be using heinz acv as regular vinegar.

matagal ba maexpire ang braggs acv? hinde ko kasi makita expiration date eh.

nag sesearch din ako ng health benefits ng ACV awhile ago. I found out na effective daw ang honey garlic and ACV sa pag burn ng fats even without changing ur diet. i still have to try it for myself pero based sa reviews mukhang effective nga sya. what ive read is 1 cup of honey plus 1 cup of acv then  8 cloves of garlic, blend altogether then keep in the fridge for 5 days, take 1 tbsp in morning and evening. it improves weight loss daw. Nung mkita ko un, i searched it here sa GT kng may reviews pero [textspeak!] ako mkita,pls let me know kng meron ng thread about honey garlic and vinegar.. thanks

^ ano kaya lasa kapag may garlic? parang hindi ko ata kaya lasa nun.
laki ng natulong sa akin ACV+honey+green tea, lumiit tyan ko. Kaso tinamad ako tapos kain ulit ako ng kain, subukan ko nga ulit uminom.

ACV really made me loose weight kaso di ko matake yung lasa and i have migraine kaya maamoy ko lang sya nasakit na ulo ko, and worse is that even apple juice di ko na mainom kasi naaamoy ko ACV na... hayyyy... sayang talaga natural pa naman instead of slimming coffee or pills mas maganda sya.... anyone knows where I can buy ACV capsules?

ask ko lang mga sisses, should i take this before or after meals? naging acidic kasi ako after manganak kaya medyo worried ako na lumala sya kung before meals ko i-take, kaya naninigurado lang.

^^Sis, ang sabi sakin dapat daw organic apple cider. Yung Bragg organic siya, pero yung Heinz alam ko hindi, unless naka-specified na organic siya
