meron bang badminton court/center na private?tipong for family sana? gusto kasi sana namin ni hubby nito this summer kaso hanap daw ako yung pwede yung may private court daw..one thing na kinakatakot ko yung iikot na naman yung braso ko pag naglro nito,sobrang sakit maiiyak ako kasi akala mo nabali na buto mo..ano ba nangyayari bakit ganun? nangyari na ba sa inyo yung ganun?

baka dislocated yan or may punit na ligament. better have a doctor check. most probably MRI muna yan then series of therapy

Kanina lang, my officemates and I played Badminton at THE ZONE in Malugay. We tried to catch up the play-all-you-can until 5pm. Sana maging regular kami para may workout naman.
My other friends play in Power Smash on weekends naman.

sis greenhills area ka lang ba pwede? im from araneta avenue kasi...plan ko din mag back to badminton para pumayat ulet sa 3rd baby ko kasi tumaba ako..

Mga sis, saan ba okey mamili ng outfit pang-badminton? Nagsasawa na ako sa mga outfit ko eh. Mga nalibot kong stores (Toby's, Olympic Village, Nike, Adidas) puro luma na mga designs. Yun mga cute sana na attire para maski sa porma man lang mukha akong magaling. Lol!

sa greenhills kasi yung alam ko na may play all you can pag sabado na taraflex and malapit lang ako dun kasi tagaMandaluyong ako.

lol, nakakatuwa ka naman. hindi na ako updated sa get-up ng players. ako kasi basta nakasports attire lang pwede na, tsaka wag lang matisod. hahaha.
