Sis, di naman noticeable na di pantay ang muscle mo sa right and left arms. I'm playing badminton since I was in high school (1998) and ok naman ang mga shoulders and arms ko. Mas malaki ng konti ang right, right handed kasi ako.  :)

27/f here who needs to start moving again! :)  There's an indoor badminton court near powerplant mall makati, around 120p per head per hour, if im not mistaken

hi! I want to play too and I'm near powerplant mall. Meron rin sa may malugay st., 200php per hour yung court tapos 50php per head. mas mura kung 4-6players yung maghahati.

anyone here in Makati who wants to play too? :D

meron ba kayo alam na makukuhanan ng mura na shuttlecocks na original na RSL?  kasi in toby's, syempre medyo mahal ang isang tube.  i'm willing to get wholesale kasi for our badminton group...trying to look for a cheaper source.  thanks in advance!

sis halos kasi nasa south ang mag tourney ng badminton

sa april 27 or 28 - lipa batangas
may 5 - tanauan batangas

uhm baka dito makasali ako...wala naman akong wedding event :D

sana mga sissies makasali kayo o kahit play play lang poh...

i haven't yet tried to play sa Greenhills pero gusto ko dun kasi medyo malapit ako dun... baka weekend pede ako or after 6pm... :D

gusto ko rin magbadminton, may rules ba na sinusunod sa paglalaro nito?
Nung gradeschool pa ako eto laro ko pero sa may parking space lang ng townhouse sa amen kalaro ko mga kuya ko and minsan yung mga ka-age ko na kapitbahay namen.
May nakikita akong badminton court sa mindanao avenue malapit sa Road 20? Meron ba dito naglalaro dun?
