talaga bang effective to in losing weight?

for me effective. from 52 kg i am now down to 47. sobrang naadik kasi ako sa badminton last year, every lunch break and whenever i could get out of work early, laro ako. tapos ang takaw ko pa sa fit 'n right nung time na yun. although nung namayat talaga ko eh after na nung phase na yun, na di na ko ganun kaadik maglaro. parang delayed yung effect.

i used to play there every wednesday before when my badminton buddies were still here. Ngayon wala na silang lahat. Hehe. Can't play on weekends naman coz I play tennis on Saturdays and I run on Sundays. =)

hi sis. i'm also looking for a "kalaro" in badminton, especially now that i'm free. last time i played was last year pa. i'm not that good, i didn't have proper training. mostly, palo lang ang ginagawa ko before.

i don't know kung meron pa rin yung badminton court malapit sa hi-precision clinic (malapit sa casimiro area).

i miss playing this sport.

I'm playing badminton with with my office mates. wala  po kameng proper training..but still, we really enjoying playing this sport..nakakawala ng stress at sana pumayat ako..lumiit ulit nag naywang ko.. sa may prc/makati po kame naglalaro. play all you can siya..

i play with my bf every sat or sun after ng work niya sa racquettaz dasma cavite. 150 per hour. tagaktak pawis ko after maglaro but its so much fun. nakakalibang.

we play once a week ... in ABC  san juan or metro  badminton in pioneer..

gusto ko nga sana every  other day kaso di free mga kalaro ko..

basta sumasakay lang kame ng PRC from our office...hindi ko alam yung exact place..basta pag nakita namen yung pinaka landmark, alam na namen yun.. pm kung gusto mo sumama talaga..kanina naglaro kame..saya..sulit ang play all you can..
