^How is the commute from Jersey City?
Is there discrimination? How easy or hard was it to adjust?
I'm still in Manila but eyeing the opportunity to relocate to NYC within the next couple of years for work. But still trying to discern whether it's the right move for me, personally and professionally.

Commute from Jersey City is considerably lighter to NYC than Staten Island, for sure (I've lived in both areas). It takes me like 15 mins to get to my work in wtc area from my home. Not much discrimination, as there are a lot of filipinos here. We live right next to the filipino area though, so I don't know how much this applies to the whole of jersey.
