question for lenders, in such cases where you commission an insider from the company where you do business with, how much is the usual percentage do you give the collector?

^^ maybe you can set aside part of your tubo, example, 50% consider it as tubo talaga while the other 50% i-roll mo na lang at yun ang ipa-utang mo. para sa ganon, may nakikita ka na pera mo, hindi lahat nasa pautangan.

6% sa akin, 4% sa collector ko
simply put, 10% a month

for example, target mo is 50k ang nakalabas at natubo

as time comes, maaari na ring lumaki ang target mo from 50k to 75k to 100k and more

To all our sisses, who's into this. I'm looking for another provider kasi ayoko na dun sa pinagkukuhanan namin. Sobrang they fail sa pagaalaga ng clients nila. :(

Please PM me your requirements (proof of income, IDs etc) and rates on your end. Short term lang. 2mos. to pay. PDCs issued. Have no qualms starting with a small value with a foreseeable business relationship. If you  know how to take care of your clients, Great! I can refer you to our HR and other companies. To give you an idea, Entry level Positions sa amin earns around 18k min - up. Architects. Engineers. etc.

Thanks for reading!

ROI is super fast.  For example, I have a capital of 4000 and lend it to A and B at 2000 each with an interest of 6% per month for 2months.
The payment is every 15 and 30.  560 for Person A and 560 for Person B.

[2000 + (2000 x 6% x 2)] / 4 = 560

On the 15th of the month, person A and B will each pay 560.  I will have 1120 on hand and decided to lend the 1000 to person at 6% per month for 1month.

[1000 + (1000 x 6% x 1)] / 2 = 530

On the 30th of the month, Person A and B will each pay 560, while person C will give 530.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 530 + 120 on hand or 1770.  I decided to lend person D the 1500 at 6% per month for 1month.

[1500 + (1500 x 6% x 1)] / 2 = 795

On the 15th of the 2nd month, Person A and B will each pay 560, while person C will give 530 (person C is now fully paid), person D will pay 795.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 530 + 795 + 270 on hand or 2715.  I lend 2500 to person E at 6% for 2months.

[2500 + (2500 x 6% x 2)] / 4 = 700

On the 30th of the 2nd month, Person A and B will each pay 560 (fully paid), while person D will pay 795 (fully paid), and person E will pay 700.  I will then have 560 + 560 + 795 + 700 + 215  or 2830

You can go on and just keep the ball rolling.  You can notice that after 2months, I have earned an interest of Person A (60 * 4), Person B (60 * 4), Person C (30 * 2), Person D (45 * 2), Person E (75 * 4) or 930.  My capital is still intact, since I'm just lending it from 1 person to the other.

jubeken, already sent you a PM on how to do it

kahit monthly pa yan or yearly same pa rin ang computation

interest = principal x %rate x number of months or years

total = principal + interest

let us substitute interest on the total equation

total = principal + (principal x %rate x number of months or years)

i'm more than a year in this business, hindi pa nangyari sa akin yan

bihira ako kumuha ng atm ng tao, only for those na uutang ng 5k pataas at hindi ko kasama sa trabaho

else, usapang tao lamang...

i agree...

tip lang din if the bank their using has an online banking din, open ka ng account sa same bank ng payroll nila. para transfer via online na lang, no need to go to the atm. less risk pa.

When you say "small" lending, how small is small? 5k per utang?
