Natry ko na yung Silk Secrets One minute hot oil treatment yung milk variant. It made my hair very soft kaya lang feeling ko bumuhaghag lang lalo hair ko although ramdam kong naging soft yung hair ko. Parang naging wavy ganun yung hair ko. So yeah, matry nga yang Opal.

Okay lang ba mag deep condition lagi? Or may limits?

Good question. Personally, I think hindi naman harmful sa hair ang magdeep condition every week or so.  I don't use heater directly and just rely sa heat na ginegenerate pag naka-wrap yung buhok with cling wrap and towel.

^nakakalagas ata ng hair kapag lagi lagi ka nag dedeep conditioning kaya siguro nirerecommend na once or twice a week lang.

^ Talaga? Hala, natakot naman ako. Kasi pag wala akong magawa naglalagay ako ng ionic keratin. Eh, advisable na once a week daw yun, pero nagagawa ko twice a week. Plus yung opal na pink so 4x a week! Hala ka. On some days kasi, tamad ako magconditioner. Kaya binabawi ko sa deep conditioning.

i'm currently using Pantene Extra Damage Care Deep Repair Hair Mask. so far, im satisfied naman with the results. mas behaved (less buhaghag) ang hair ko everytime i use it. i'm curious right now with the Argan Oil treatments. i've heard good feedback about it. question lang mga sis. is this readily available sa watsons or some drugstore like mercury? and suggested brands and how much? and how do you use it? sorry naparami ang questions ko.. thanks!

i discover rigenol deep conditioner, dahil every year nagpaparebond ako
need ko ng treatment na magmemaintain ng glow for my hair, nirecommend ng friend ko ang rigenol

I used my semi di lino na. Okay naman ata. Hinalo ko siya sa loreal hair spa yung green color pero sobrang ayaw ko ng amoy. Parang galing ng parlor. Sensitive pa naman ako sa amoy ng hair products kasi naaamoy ko talaga sa hair eh haha

Kailangan ba may heater kapag deep conditioning? I have portable heater kasi that I use for hot oils.

I've tried argan oil for my hair. Used it for a week now, my hair is less frizzy and shinier.

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative for Snoe Hair Heroes Argan Oil conditioner/de-tangler kasi eh. VCO makes my hairfall worse naman.

Best bet for extremely damaged hair - Ojon brand. Anything from them WORKS great on my hair

sunshine808: if your hair is super dry it would be advisable to use hair treatments on a daily basis.
Kasi ako ganito and ito nagsave sa buhok ko super dry.

Might try shine moist keratin wax treatment? pero di pa din ako sure. nakakahilo magbackread. Gusto ko sana yun hindi lang feel na malambot, gusto ko visible na shiny at healthy. Sana yung nakabagsak din ng hair or nkakabawas ng volume Plss suggest po c:
