ok naman sa C&L gawa ng RT transfer and breakfast. yun sa hotel nicanor may free airport pickup din naman sila. wala nga lang pahatid sa airport na kasama. ibook mo na lang kung san ka mas makakatipid.

yun pulang bato nasa valencia nga.

sayang kung marami ka lang kasama at may spare time dapat puntahan nyo yun Apo island e. but anyway kung pressed for time, visit mo na lang Silliman U museum. closed ito nun punta namin kasi under renovation.

i was so disappointed with hotel nicanor. here are my notes:

1. although their Superior room is relatively spacious, it doesnt have its own ref. accdg to the handout, all big rooms are furnished with refs except for the standard rooms. kahit sa superior room kami naka check in, we were told na sa family room lang ang ref. and if we need one, we have to pay an additional P150 for it.

2. the room is big, yet the airconditioning is very weak. ang init init nung night na matutulog na kami.

3. no water when we woke up. nagkaron ata ng problem sa tank nila.

4. and dahil sa problem na yun sa water tank nila, nagkaron ng black particles sa tubig coming out of the faucet. i dont want to say this but it's really yucky. di tuloy kami naka toothbrush bec ang dumi ng tubig.

On the brighter side:

1. wi-fi! they even have ports for your laptops!

2. free water! me water dispenser on all floors! sobrang nasabik kami dito after ma experience yung "no free water" policy ng coco grove. plus me thermos pa sa room for coffee drinkers like us.

Sans Rival:

wow sana meron ganto sa manila. P26 for a big slice of their famous sans rival! ang sarap! not just their sans rival but other cakes as well. sarap!

Girls, has anyone tried the Obdulia Business Inn and Check Inn Hotel? Do you know if the rooms are clean. Nakakatakot kasi magtiwala sa pictures sa websites e. M friends and I are going to Dumaguete on Sept 6-9. May nakapag stay na ba sa inyo sa Bahura at sa Atmosphere resort?

If you're referring to Manjuyod Sand Bar in Bais, the boatride is quick and quite safe
Your son might not enjoy Apo yet kasi maybe he's too young to snorkel - he wont see the turtles etc.
The boat crossing to Apo also gets rough at times.

actually im thinking of staying overnight at siquijor or antulang or coco grove or at a resort near the city like Bahura. Will be checking out the travelfair this september baka makakita ng magandang  deal dun

Hi guys!

Im finally fixing our dumaguete IT. Wouldbe staying at Don Teo in Siaton dumaguete then im thinking of going to Antulang o Kookoo's Nest? since i dont want to ride a boat going to siquijor or apo kasi may thundercats akong kasama.  which kaya is better between the two?anyone stayed here before. mahal lang talaga sa antulang kaya im asking if worth it stayan o kookoo's nest na lang or daytour na lang sa antulang.Then on our third day will stay at hotel nicanor para city tour and foodtrip then airport na on our fourth day

Re-Bahura the Villas are really really nice and the rooms are OK. The beach (barely any shoreline in some parts and black/grey sand/pebbles) is not It's best for divers.

Re-Kookoo's Nest - it's about an hour away from Dumaguete City and transport might not be ideal if you have old people with you - don't know if it's changed but most people have to take motorbike (habal habal) after the Jeepney ride. We took a car so Im not too sure. I havent been here in a while but the food is really really awesome. Native style ang cottages. I like it better than Antulang

Re-Antulang - it's not worth the price in my opinion if you stay overnight. OK na siguro daytrip but the beach is pebbly and not that great.

Bais/Manjuyod Sandbar is the best option if you don't want to go Apo or Siqui. You can just enjoy the sandbar and not necessarily go dolphin/whale watching (can get rough but the bancas are very safe)

gusto ko din puntahan ang apo island at siquijor. kaso 3d2n lang kami. carry ba yun? first and last flight naman. saka may 2 y.o. kami

bitin 3d/2n para sa lahat ng yan. siquijor pa lang, overnight na ang need mo sa kanya.

Im fixing our IT... may nakausap ako na nagtotour and he is charging me 3500 for dumaguete city tour, valencia, zipline and casaroro falls  8hrs or dumaguete city tour,twin lakes 6hrs? whichis better po na puntahan casaroro o twin lakes? [textspeak!] pa pwede ko i haggle sa package nya? saaan ba mas malapit ang pulang bato? mahal ba?

so sis, pede na 1st day squijor, 2nd day apo island. kaya ba 3rd day manjuyod? alin ba mas malapit?

^^mahal yan. ilan ba kayo? actually pwede mag rent ng motor at kayo na mag explore if you like. mura lang nagastos namin dati. pero kung marami kayo mas ok nga mag hire.

di naman ako nagandahan sa twin lakes.

^sis matet, pwede pagdating nyo, diretso siquijor overnight. pa-tour kay kay kuya joam mabait yun. sya dapat kunin ko dati kaso di lang kami natuloy kasi bitin 3d/2n.

then day 2 depende what time kayo makakabalik e pero mag overnight apo island na lang kayo. contact mo si kuya robin.

di na kayo makakapag manjuyod nyan. ideally kasi maaga dapat kung pupunta ng apo at ng manjuyod.

nasa magkabilang dulo din ang manjuyod at apo.

so yun day 3, back to city na lang, mag sans rival at bumili ng pasalubong bago pumunta sa airport.

di ba scary magovernight sa apo island? hindi ba sya facing open sea (hahaha, praning mode sa tsunami).

Ganon din ginawa namin non, pagdating dumaguete, derecho siquijor na.. Sinundo kami ni joam, tour tapos balik na sa coco grove.. Check out the next day, balik na sa duma.. Punta na kami bahura non.. Overnight.. Pagka check out the following day, pasyal na sa city.. Di na kami nag manjuyod kase ang layo ng byahe..

sis matet, kasi meron ka pa mga lugar na mapupuntahan dun. yun mga old century balete tree, churches, salagdoong beach, etc.

nope, di naman scary sis. mababait mga tao dun e. kala ko noon liberty at apo island resort lang mga accommodation dun kaya di ko inisip mag overnight. nun andun na kami, may mga accommodation/guesthouses din pala na 500 per night lang tipong ganun. same bayad lang sa boat day tour o overnight. contact mo lang si kuya robin sabihin mo nirefer kita. sya na bahala sa inyo dun. from boat to meals pati accommodation kung san nyo gusto tutulungan nya kayo hanap.
