Was able to book during the zero fare promo of cebupacific.
so im backreading all of your posts.
question lang,ill be with my 3yr old son worth it kaya to go with him sa apo island?i kinda want sana the sand bar na [textspeak!] pero boatride pa rin pala.
and im eyeing hotel nicanor do they have family rooms?

punta kami dito sis ni hubby pero next year pa....from dumaguete, siquijor,cebu & bohol..1 week ata kami or more than...supah excited na!!!!

im searching for things to do when we get to dumaguete in november.since ill be with my parents and my three yr old i dont think they would like the dolphin watching and swimming stuff and akyat sa mataas na bundok so i was thinking of going to bohol instead for a day.since we will be arriving around 8 am i think it would be enough to see the sights in dumaguete city within the day.(am i right) so have 2 full days and 1half day to do other things.kaya kaya 1 day sa bohol (balikan lang)then the next day sa isang resoort near the city from there fly na back to manila.watcha think?

another followup question .... [textspeak!] yung sidlakang negros po? must see daw sa dumaguete sabi sa ibang forum

^parang kakapagod naman kung pupunta ka pa ng bohol. di kaya ma-stress lang yun mga parents mo nun? hehe. book a tagbilaran flight na lang if u want bohol hehe.

kung dumaguete, food trip na lang gawin nyo dun - sans rival, mamias, etc. stroll along the baywalk nila. linis ng tubig dun!

then go to Siquijor for overnight stay, may mga tourist attractions dun kaya pwede kayong mag tour. relax relax lang daw pag dun e.

kung maeenjoy nga lang sana nila ang swimming/snorkeling, masaya gawin yun sa Apo Island, they will see yun mga clownfish saka they will be able to swim with the pawikan.

been to sidlakan, wala naman gaanong tinda. naghahanap ako ng ref magnet pero wala akong nagustuhan.

^korek. parang ghost town din kasi walang tao nun nagpunta kami hehe. parang di nga name-maintain e.

okay, out na si bohol  will choose between siquijor,apo island or a resort near dumaguete (any suggestions) is alta vista worth visiting for the zipline? yung lake balinsasayao ba difficult to get to like casaroro falls kasi feelingko di kakayanin yung 350 steps ng parents ko pati ako kasi ill be carrying pa my son(tamad maglakad)

^skip mo na rin sis. personally, di ako masyado nagandahan. may steps din pababa so baka mahirapan ka rin at parents mo. yun other way naman e sobrang steep. kapagod din hehe.

kung mga resorts - there's Bahura and Antulang. naexperience ko yun Antulang pero ang masasabi ko lang, ang maganda lang sa kanila e yun infinity pool. yun dagat, hindi naman white sand kundi white rocks hehe 

same way sa antulang yun kookoo's nest pero di ko na nakita kung same stretch ba sya ng dagat o dun pa sa kabila.

^^sis, kung may kasama kang oldies hindi talaga kakayanin yong casaroro. IMO, mas maganda ang pulang bato, dali lang puntahan as in pagdating nyo don tanaw na kagad yong falls. sa tabi ng falls may parang pool pa na pwedeng maligo.

isang option din sis yong sumilon island (cebu), malapit lang sya sa dumaguete. sakay ka lang ng ferry, mula sa port tanaw na yong cebu, around 40 minutes lang byahe.

punta ako dito at magpapatatak for the lakbay rizal pero syempre iikot ikot din ako sayang kasi ang punta. kinabukasan punta na ako ng cebu.

may mas mura kayang lodging sa dumaguete bukod sa hotel nicanor? kahit di aircon oks lang sa akin basta mura at malapit lang sana sa terminal ng bus papuntang cebu.

^jen, mukhang ok din yong tinuluyan nila sis lakwatsa kasi free breakfast & airport/seaport transfer ng kasama. sa hotel nicanor, wala.

If you're referring to Manjuyod Sand Bar in Bais, the boatride is quick and quite safe
Your son might not enjoy Apo yet kasi maybe he's too young to snorkel - he wont see the turtles etc.
The boat crossing to Apo also gets rough at times.

thanks kel. mukhang ok nga dyan sa mycl hotels para wala na rin akong problema sa sasakyan ko papuntang ceres bus balak ko kasi madaling araw ako aalis ng dumaguete.

^dali lang din naman pumunta ng terminal, sakay ka lang ng trike 8 pesos lang. malapit lang sa robinson yong ceres bus.

^yong airport to hotel medyo malayo, 50 pesos yong trike. puntahan mo yong pulang bato falls, ganda promise.
