i started to use yasmine september 1 for my PCOS, polycystic ovarian syndrome, that was my diagnosis, chief complaint is absence of menstruation for 4months. to regulate my period, prescribed OCP, so far i can see good result sa skin ko, finer and may glow...pero nagkakaroon ako ng palpitations..

i took diane 35 for 3 months..ganda sana ng effect kaso super nanaba ako.  laki ng face ko and legs pero glowing skin as in kahit walang sleep.  I stopped then my OB recommended mag Yaz kasi may duirectic daw yun at di ako tataba. She was right.  I lost weight..in fact a lot of weight. ok sya nung first 2 wks of taking kasi nag glow skin ko tapos skinny kaso on the 3rd parang nag dry skin ko sobra as in mukhang haggard yung face and marami nagcomment i aged. even after i stopped nandun pa rin yung after effects nya:(  mukha akong haggard...sana di ko na lang sya tinake

 yup contraceptive pills ang yasmin. my sister in law uses that. and sabi nya nga nakakapayat. natukso nga ko to use the same pills buti na lang i asked my OB first. kc i was breastfeeding the time i wanted to start taking pills. a month after i gave birth to my baby nagkaroon kc agad ako so i was afraid na ma preggy ulit agad kaya i wanted to take contraceptive pills. from then till now, 1 year old n baby ko, ive been using EXLUTON. its safe daw for breastfeeding moms like me. pero i stopped breastfeeding my baby na just a month ago, so i plan to visit my OB again to ask if i need to change pills...

^^yung sa endo ko mas okay sa kanya hindi ako magtake ng pills. pero its not bad naman daw. pero kasi dahil sa goiter ko nananaba ako, kaya yun magiging problem sa pills.

yasmin sabi ng ob ko, hindi nakakataba pero wala sya magagawa for our skin.

sis, so kahit magkaron nako bukas kelangan on the 8th day pako magtake ganun po ba yun or pag nagkamens sa 1st ng mens take nako naguguluhan ako help

^yes sis. kahit magkaron ka na tom sa 8th day ka pa rin take. ganito yun sis. example naubos mo na isang pack. wait ka ng 7 days para sa period mo. ito yung tab-free week na tinatawag. kung magkaron ka within 7 days, wag ka muna magttake ng tab. iinom ka on the 8th day since last ka nag-take ng tab, kahit may mens ka pa or wala na.

example sakin, ang last pill ko iniinom ko ng tuesday. so aftr mga 2-3 days like friday or sat, dadatnan nako. iinom ako ulit ng panibagong pack ng wednesday the next week. so kung bibilangin mo ang pagitan ng last kong inom at simula ko sa new pack 7 days un at iinom ako sa 8th day. parati ka sa same day of the week magsstart iinom ng pills.
