I used to take Althea kaso tumaba ako. Gained 20lbs after taking it for almost 2 years. OB prescribed Yaz kasi mas hindi daw nakakataba.

Hmmmm ask ko lang po kase dati TRUST user ako Lady in particular,then andami pumapansin sakin dry daw skin ko muka daw akong losyang ang sobrang pumayat [textspeak!] ako as in.. Nung 1st pack ko nagka spotting ako mga ilang araw un.. Kase dba ala [textspeak!] pampa mens.. Kindly help me plsss.

does anyone here know anong brand [textspeak!] pills na gray or silver [textspeak!] plastic? kasi diba nakabox ang pills. and then plastic pa inside bago [textspeak!] pill pack mismo... tia!

sis, how long ka na nagttake ng Yasmin and anong effect naman so far? My OB just prescribed this to me. Ayoko muna gamitin kasi nagrresearch pa ko ng side effects. I'm particularly scared of weight gain...

Hi all.

I've been taking Althea since 2007.. nag-stop lang ako last year for 6months para "mapahinga" and now I'm back to taking it again.

Super nag-clear and face ko, never na ako nagka-pimples since then. tapos ang shiny and smooth ng hair ko. hindi rin ako tumaba, per OB kasi ang pag taba daw psychological din.. maybe, its a case to case basis naman na..

and sadly, since nauso na ang pills (hehe), ang mahal na ng althea.

Hi! One year na ko this month umiinom ng Gynera. Sa one year na duration, once lang ako nag"rest" which was nun December.

I'm supposed to take a new pack na tomorrow. I'm planning to take a new brand, kasi namamahalan na ako sa gynera (P509). Di ko napansin yung effects nito sakin sa skin and kung tumaba ba ako. hehe!

Should I buy Dianne35 or Althea or Yasmine?
Any suggestions?
In terms of price how much ang mga ito?

In addition, upon reading kasi posts from another thread - sabi ng isang girl dun intayin matapos yung period before you take the new pack. i got confused.
because with Gynera, 7 days rest diba? i get my period 3 days after the last pill then the new pill when i count 8 days, which will turn to day 1. Eh ang period is "malabo" malaman kung tapos na or not, kasi minsan me pahabol pa right? so how will i know if it's the right time to drink the new pack. that's why I got confused. :|

^ regardless whether the period is tapos na or may pahabol ka pa, you take the 1st pill on the 8th day following the 7-day break natin. ganun lang ang treatment dun.. basta on the 8th day, start ka na ulit ng new pack.

^ yes, its ok na magstart with a new brand of ocp, provided na natapos mo na yung luma mo. kumbaga, tapusin mo muna yung cycle mo. and pagdating ng 8th day after rest week, inumin mo na si Pill 1 of the new pack.

why are you changing brands pala?

^super sakit na kasi sa bulsa ni gynera eh haha! chaka nag break outs ako ngayon, i read na okay yung althea sa pimples. so it might help na mawala yung break outs ko.

Next is Yaz which is the most expensive micropill yata around 700. ok lang,wala mashado effect sa skin ko,still have few pimples from time to time, eh gusto ko magclear talaga face ko. wala din naman mashado difference sa weight

i want to try dianne35 next.. sana wag ako magbreakout dito kasi hiyangan nga talaga. nag-mmigraine ba ang mga dianne users dito?

hi mga sis. ask ko lang kailangan ba talaga first day ng period inumin ang pill? hindi ba pwede kahit wala kang period dun mo umpisahan inumin yun? kasi plan ko bumili ng diane 35 and ang purpose ko lang sa pag inom is para try ko kung mag clear yung skin ko kasi my mga pimples ako eh at saka hindi naman ako sexually active ngayon. kakatapos ko lang 2 weeks ago. Mga sis tingin ninyo ok lang ba umpisahan inumin yun kahit wala akong period? Hope you can help me guys thanks

^^ ayun, that's why pala.. hindi mo natapos. hehe! maganda sana if natapos mo muna then you tried it for a month or two, by that time kasi nagtake effect na yung gamot.

anyway, hopefully ok ka na ngayon sa brand mo.
hiyangan din kasi yan talaga eh.
