Sis kasheicaWith my first born I've tried to study Lamaze breathing technique. pero natatandaan ko din na tuwing may bowel movement ako (excuse me sa mga kumakain!) I would also imagine on how i'm going to push my ebs the way that I will push my child.

Kapag may nagtatanong sakin family or friends regarding "no epidural during labor", I always say its your choice. pero para sakin dito sa second pregnancy ko ngayon, I will still do the same. Based on my experience, pwede naman kasing hindi first option ang epidural or no option for that at all. I think some hospitals will based their maternity packages with or without epidural and some women choose to be medicated right away. I always tell my close friends-- wag etong gawin first choice. Aside from that, it will have its own complications and in most cases, it will lengthen the labor process.
Kapag nagpaprogress ang labor mo and possibly candidate ka talaga for NSD magiging super masakit talaga ang last few hours of your labor.

Im Not expert here, I just based everything in my experience with my first child. However, I always tell my family or friends na
read talaga as much as you can regarding pregnancy, labor pains and birth delivery. it's better be informed on what you're getting into. of course, you have to trust your OB as well. kaya sinabi ko din dati na if the doctor will advised me on the last minute that I will be in CS because its really that important, then I will give my full trust on her. kaya nakahanda rin ang isipan ko dun.
Don't panic once you feel the first signs of contractions, again its perfectly normal. hindi naman at that moment you feel it eh andiyan na manganganak ka na.

as much as you can, try to time the intervals. it will help you know kung nagpoprogress ba ang labor mo. Also, try to Relax. Though I think I might get violent reactions na how can you relax when you're in terrible pain? however, if you panic it will not help you neither. that's where you make hasty decisions.
Also on the delivery day, believe in yourself na kaya mo.. lahat ng tao sa paligid mo (doctors, nurses, husband and families) will be there to support you but they will not feel the pain as much you do. so trust yourself that you will get it through.
Sorry napahaba po ang post ko. Good luck sayo sis! Pray also before you go to the hospital. It will help you calm down. Share your story to us once you have your delivery. God Bless.
