hi anyone aware of tune2big?

I was planning to redeem my points (from my previous booking with AirAsia), nung nag log in ko sa site nila, wala akong points. Nagtanong ako sa Airasia.. finorward nila ko sa tune2big site, then I found out wala silang customer service walang contact number or email.

Nung binalikan ko yung Airasia, sabi nila hindi ko daw inindicate yung BIG accnt number ko nung nag book ako. Napaka impossible kasi twice ko pang ginawa.

Grabe lang. Has anyone encountered this?

^^sis if nagcommence na ang flight where you got your points pero hindi padin nagreflect, problem nga yan ako kasi hindi pa nagcommence yung flight kahit nabook ko na early this year kaya wala pa points ko pero yung points ko from checking in at Tune Hotel, nagreflect naman na

^ hi sis, I got my points from Tune Hotels din. Yung sa Air Asia talaga wala. Sigh. Laki pa naman makukuha if ever. Ang sabi kasi marereceive 4 days after ng departure, eh 2 months na nakalipas, wala pa din. lol

I booked a flight via AirAsia next weekend at medyo nahirapan ako na mag-arrange ng land travel from Manila straight to DMIA. Sana may hub na ang AirAsia sa NAIA para di hassle.

Anyway, this post might be a bit off-topic, but I figured this might help those who are flying via AirAsia CRK hub. Especially yung mga first time aalis via Diosdado Macapagal airport.

May trips from Trinoma straight to DMIA via the Trinoma airport lounge. I browsed the internet to check the fare details at ang usual na nakalagay ay Php 200 per way per person. Pero nung tumawag ako sa hotline nila (02 621 3673) twice, sabi nila promo fare lang daw ang Php 200. So expect to pay P400 per way per person. Madali naman silang kausap kaso medyo may doubts ako kasi nung sinabi kong magrereserve ako ng seats, sinabi sa akin ng kausap ko na mag-walk in na lang daw kami kasi di naman daw napupuno yung buses nila. But then I couldn't take chances kasi baka mamaya madami ang passengers on the day of our trip diba?

So I called Philtranco instead. Mahirap tumawag sa hotline nila, walang sumasagot. I tried booking online thru their site and a representative answered promptly. I received a reply after less than an hour. In less than an hour as well, we already came in to terms re: the trip schedule and other travel details. Php 450 per way per person from Pasay to DMIA. You could contact the representative through this email: dac.philtranco@gmail.com Hands down for the prompt responses.

Ayun lang, just sharing this info to others.

^^thanks for the heads up sis. Our relatives will be flying via AA clark-hk. One question, hindi ba mahal yung 450php even 400php? para kasing namamahalan ako, feeling ko lang naman ang lapit



mga sis first time ko nagbook ng flight sa Air Asia, mabilis confirmation nila once na magbayad, yun parin wala paring hiningi na passport details na hiningi, pasensya na mga sis wala akong idea talaga kasi regalo namin yung trip sa relatives namin at hindi pa namin alam paano talaga sa Air Asia, kahit sa clark

we flew via AirAsia two weeks ago. first time namin pati sa DMIA. ok ang plane, di naman luma itsura at ok ang food na pwede i-order onboard. pangit ang airport. delayed pa kami pag-alis sa manila ng mga 30-45 mins. kapagod din travel from from DMIA to Manila.

next time, naia flight pa rin kami.. baka di na maulit sa air asia.

^hassle talaga pag papuntang Clark, sobrang kapagod. Nung hinatid ko yung boyfie ko papuntang DMIA from Las Pinas, hindi ko magawang mag emote sa airport, sa sobrang pagod ko. Hahaha

last week sumakay kami ng airasia from phuket to bangkok, pa-landing na plane namin sa don mueng airport (BKK) bigla nagtake off ulit eroplano. grabe takot ko. clear sky naman, wala naman crosswind.

another incident naman, nag-book kami kl-iran flight last year. after a week nagcancel sila booking since wala na sila flight papunta iran. nairefund naman pera namin kulang nga lang ng 600pesos di ko na sila kinulit kasi nakakapagod din mangulit sa kanila.

ayaw ko na sumakay air asia. nakakadala..

buti na lang, so far so good pa rin kami with AA.  been travelling for 5 years na thru this airlines.
