7:05AM yung flight namin sa DMIA. Initial plan namin magdala na lang ng car kaso nagbago isip ni hubby kasi 6 nights kami mawawala. pero natry na naman namin magparking last year ok naman car pagbalik namin kaso 2 nights lang kasi yun.

so nagbook ako sa Tune Hotel last August, P957.36 ang bayad ko, room lang yun and 12hrs used of aircon. check the site na lang kasi iba iba rates nila depende sa add ons mo. nag-add pa nga ko ng P130 kasi wala pala TV na kasama sa bayad. hehe!

sumakay kami sa pasay (five star) papunta ng dau P150. from dau sumakay kami ng tricycle papunta tune hotel, di namin alam rate so P150 bayad namin pero feeling ko P100 pwede na dun. from tune hotel nag-avail ako ng transport service P350 to DMIA. pwede naman magtaxi or 2 rides na jeep kaso takot ako kasi past 4AM kami umalis ng hotel so para safe, service na lang. dahil ayaw na naman lumayo, sa jolibee kami naglunch (one ride ng jeep) P8. 7-11 na lang sa dinner, walking distance lang sa hotel. hehe!

may forex na nga na bukas sa DMIA kahit past 4AM, sayang konti lang dala ko na money, takot kasi ko magdala at magcommute kami. P5.7 bili ko ng HKD, ok na rates kasi P6+ yata rates dun sa HKIA forex.

called philtranco yesterday to ask about their bus schedule, turns out wala silang bus papuntang DMIA na aabot ng 6AM flight which is contrary to what is posted in a lot of travel blogs i know marami pang bus lines na papuntang day, pero considering the travel mode and time to the airport from dau terminal parang mas mainam pa to just take a car and drive to the airport.

^^ early flight din kami AA going to HK so we're planning to check inn to a nearest hotel a day before our flight. Dalhin na rin namin 'yong car.

Brother ko, madalas nag-iiwan ng car sa DMIA parking at php90 per night yata. Me three kids kasi sila so mas convenient if may own car sila dala. Longest na nag-iwan sya ng car dun was 1week. Pero sabi nya, panigurado na din, he brings their older car.

Sa bus naman, naka-try kami Clark-Manila, we arrived at almost 1am yata yun. Sabi nung taga-Victory Liner, basta me naka-schedule daw talaga na arrivals e me bus sila around that time. For Manila-Clark naman, me nabasa ako na me bus pag madaling araw pero hindi diretso sa DMIA, me select pa-north routes sila na nagsa-stop sa isang mall yata yun (i forgot exactly saang mall in Pampanga) especially for DMIA-bound passengers tapos me shuttle (not sure if free) sila to airport.

first time to fly with air asia from kl-sg and hassle free naman and advance pa yong pag alis namin.

last nov 8 nag travel kami to hk. we fly air asia sa dmia, flight time is 7:20 am.
para sakin hindi naman hassle mag commute to dmia. Sumakay kami ng Dagupan Bus sa Cubao, mga 12:30 am then baba ng Dau. Lakad lang ng konti papuntang chowking, may shuttle (aircon jeep) to DMIA for Php100 each. Dumating kami sa DMIA mga 4:00 am,sarado pa sila hehe. Mga about 5am na sila nagbukas. Mabilis naman ang process after.

hi sis yung mga recent trips namin sa entrance lang nd dmia hinanap yung id. since nagweb checkin kami boarding pass and passport na lanh if i remember it right. actually dati iniipit ko yung id namin sa passports pero nung minsan sinabihan ako sa malaysian immig ng "i dont need this" kaya tinago ko na lang ids from then on.

^mga sis, di ba hassle pag SG - Clark nagpabook via Air Asia? Mga magkano transpo from clark to manila? Baka kase yung natipid ko sa airline ticket is yun naman gastos sa transpo. Need your inputs mga sisses. Tia!

^I'd say it depends on the price of your ticket sis and kung gaano ka kalayo from clark. backread na lang for info on fares and transpo options. pwede kasing via philtranco, which is more expensive, or sa buses from dau na mas mura.

^thanks sis! Sorry nagpost agad ako without backreading, naka pending kase yung booking ko ngayon, mura as compared sa ibang airline ng mga 2,500 (4 pax) so mga 600 per head, baka lugi din kami. Saka paano kung madami dala?

^ sis, bus from Clark airport (me ticket counter/desk pagkalabas) is around php350/pax yata, if i remember correctly. Convenient naman kasi direct bus naman to. Yung luggage, me baggage storage area sa ilalim ng bus. Sa may SM North kami bumaba kasi dun kami malapit. Di ko lang alam san pa ibang dropoff points nila. I booked Clark-HK and Macau-Clark before, kasi ang price difference nasa php2k/person din (2 kami), and mas gusto ko flight sched nung Air Asia.

I suggest, compare the flight times din. If mas masusulit nyo ang time nyo sa SG with the Clark flight, and ok lang sa inyo ang konting additional land travel, then go for Clark. But if halos same time departure from SG, and savings of only php600/pax, mag-NAIA na lang kayo.. Sa tingin ko lang ha..

In my kalibo-clark flight with them, parang hindi naman ganun kahigpit ( though our IDs are complete naman), or maybe because that time, superdami ng tao and haba ng pila sa booth nila.

Okay dito sa AirAsia.. familiar ba kayo sa BIG POINTS? Whenever you buy a plane ticket from them, mag e-earn kayo ng Big points (only if you register to Big aswell), then yung mga points na yun, pwede niyo gamitin after for discounts (airfare and tune hotel booking).
