Just received text/email notification from them that our flight to KL on April 13 will be rescheduled. No complain since we will be arriving one hour earlier... More time to explore KL Hopefully, no delayed flight advise (fingers crossed)

sobrang higpit ba nila? i booked my niece with me pa-bora on october but her family will go na on may. so sana isasama ko na lang yun isa ko nephew kaso change-name is around the same amount as the ticket. masita pa kaya if yun nephew ko kasama? we are a big group, btw: 21 adults, 11 kids

same question, i wonder if mahigpit sila? kasi yung binook ko na kalibo-clark, yung ticket ko hindi ko magagamit because I got one flight for me alone na kalibo-manila dahil i have to go straight to the office. so balak ko pagamit sa mom ko. do they allow company id's?

^sis greyzie any airline mahigpit sa identification, kung big group may possibility makalusot kung yung ireplace mo sa niece mo is also another niece...pero siyempre mas halata kung nephew. panu yung id ni nephew? kung birth cert kasi i think dapat kaedad din ni nephew si niece. otherwise kasi hindi nila papasakayin si nephew, or yun nga charge ka nila ng change name. check mo rin until when change-name is allowed kasi sa international yata di na sila pumapayag sa change name pag sale ticket e

^sis matetreyes before i used my company id with them no problems naman. dala ka na lang extra id like sss, philhealth, or voters id...if not available you can get postal id sa post office para lang sure na walang hassle. regarding sa mom mo, as far as i know yung mga sale tickets booked online hindi transferrable eh. i have friends na nagbubook sa agency and yun transferable ang tickets nila. if you decide sa change name, kindly check if your ticket type allows it kasi nga sa international yata di allowed pag seat sale ticket.

^ yup, di nila nirerequire talaga to weigh each hand carry. kaya if you think nag-exceed ka sa 7kg, wag mo na lang ipahalata na nabibigatan ka na.

yes, if you want to buy the food, mas mura pag pre-ordered during booking.  and sometimes, nauubusan sila ng food kaya minsan ang natitira na lang is mga cookies etc.

Sis follow up question, Hindi rin naman minemeasure yung handcarry? One of the bags I'm planning to bring kasi is 45x38cm. The max allowed is 50x36cm.

^ Ako din, a little bit worried, di ako nagsama ng check-in luggage when I booked for KL-SG trip ko next month with them. I plan to bring 1 backpack at small sling bag to hold all my important items (documents, etc). Sana talaga di sila mahigpit sa handcarry.

^ you can check my reply sa previous pages on the hand carry.  what i usually bring as hand carry is my laptop backpack, my shoulder bag (big one) and my little bag that i use as passport holder.  usually me laman pang damit laptop bag ko.  what i have observed is, pag malaki talaga hand carry mo, they will measure it or weigh it pag nakita nila na mabigat (like nabibigatan ka na).

They don't allow destination change sis. Kung date naman mahal ang surcharge parang nagbook ka na ng regular ticket. Also wala na yata sila call center. You can email them sumasagot naman sila.
