^Yes. Rice porridge is just water and rice. Wash the rice put more than enough water, bring to boil, pag boiling na simmer to low fire, leave the pot/ rice cooker ajar, then haluin every now & then para di magstick sa bottom ng pan then pag nareach mo na yung consistency ng parang chowking congee pwede na yun, you can also add water pag tingin mo kulang pa. Pwede mo din haluan yan ng iba like minsan nilalagyan ko ng sweet potato or potato hanggang madurog.

6 months na si baby, pero 5 months pa lang siya inumpisahan ko na siyang pakainin ng solid foods like lugaw na may halong gulay like squash, patatas, carrots, malunggay, minsan may kasamang chicken strips.. steamed veggies din napapakain ko na siya at mashed banana and potatoes.. at syempre marie biscuits, hehe

yup sis pwede na, basta yung mga biscuits na madaling matunaw sa bibig tulad nung marie. mas enjoy si baby ko kapag sya ang may hawak ng biscuit at yung hindi namin sinusubo sa kanya

My little sweet pea is already 6 months and 16 days and she has eaten:

- carrots
- beets
- avocado
- banana
- apples
- sayote
- peas
- squash

They were mashed and I followed the 4-day wait rule for each ingredient.

Although I think my sweet pea's old enough to try Baby-Led Weaning (BLW). We'll start with bananas!
