May mga places ba dito na bumibili ng second hand or nakikipag exchange? also, where can i buy gadgets aside from virgin and carrefour? Help please, sisses! Tia!

may mga places na bumibili ng 2nd hand gadgets meron sa souq najada, garaffa area at mataar qadeem, depende san ka malapit.

sa lulu may mga gadgets rin, isa sya sa mga mura. mostly carrefour and lulu and nag compete sa prices.

hi mga sis...back in doha na kami ng mga anak ko after 5mos vacation in the phil.

mga sis baka may alam kayong 2 bedroom flats na available, preferably furnished and less than 5K sana...medyo hindi kasi namin nagugustuhan yung mga pino post sa qatarliving eh...more than 2 weeks na kaming naghahanap and until october na lang kami dito sa villa namin...sana pala yung malapit sa al ahli hospital or sa city center...thanks

mga sis ask ko lang po kung paano na ang gagawin namin naprint na kasi namin yung visa ng mother in law ko pwede ba email nalang o dapat pa ipa dhl yung visa... dba dadalhin pa sa qatar embassy yung visa na galing dito? my babayaran din ba? ty dami ko questions

^scan copy lang sis and send via email yung visa.
then papuntahin mo sa dhl, may service sila dun papadala sa embassy yng passport, photo at visa.
mahal na yata ngayon mga 1k? dati 700 pesos lang. confirm mo na lang sa dhl full info.

^mga sis, questions po, uuwi kasi ako sa december pero gusto ko sana bumili ng stroller dito for my baby. pwede ko ba check-in yung brand new stroller? hindi ba ako maquestion kasi wala naman ako kasamang baby during my travel.  TIA

^no idea if walang kasamang baby pero usually pag me kasama ka, check in talaga ang stroller at hindi binibilang sa bigat ng ibang check in baggage, try to ask directly yung airlines sis baka matulungan ka nila, or baka pwedeng ipagamit mo sa batang makakasabay mo, yun nga lang yung details nila ilalagay na tag sa stroller, pero claim mo nalang sa manila

sis ask mo sa DHL complete requirements para sure.. pero sa sister ko ang ginawa niya, pinadala niya sa Qatar Embassy thru DHL ang photocopy ng visa, picture 2x2 whitebackground at original passport,nasa 1600 plus ata binayad niya.. make an extra copy din kasi parang himingi sa kanya ng extra copy ang DHL.Don't foget to get an affidavit of support sa emabssy natin dito at ipadala mo ang original sa pinas, sabi nila di naman daw kailangan ipared ribbon pero sa amin pinared ribbon ko para wala ng tanong-tanong.. baka sa iyo di na hanapin kasi nanay naman, di na nila iisipin na maghahanap ng work

hello sisters, pajoin ako. i'm leaving on oct 27 going to doha qatar, excited na ako. sana makahanap kagad ako work. visit visa lang kasi ako brother ko sponsor ko.

^ regarding DHL-VISA thing. katatanggap ko lang ng passport ko from qatar embassy with visa na. what i did send ko yung copy ng visa, photocopy ng passport (2copies), photocopy 2 valid IDs, 2pcs 2x2picture with white background, then fill up lang ng form.

I paid 2,550 ang mahal na nga e. 2,100 process fee ng embassy plus 450 sa DHL fee naman. 5-7 working days ang process. dapat yung passport owner mismo magreceive if not kelangna ng authorization letter para dun sa maiiwan sa bahay with copy of your ID and representative's ID attached. yung saken kasi bumalik pa yung nagdeliver kasi wala ako sa bahay may work pa ako kaya next day pa nabigay sa mom ko na nagrepresent saken. Any branch ng DHL ang nagproprocess nito. hope nakatulong ako sis. goodluck!

sis ano po ba yung affidavit of support? kasi parang walang ganun na binigay brother ko yung copy lang ng visa binigay nya.

Note really needed. Ok lang kahit photocopy ng passport or Company ID ng brothe rnya. Actually, my parents came here 3x without affidavit of support.

lagi ako nagvivisit sa thread na to..im planning to work abroad..sabi ng marami, mas maganda raw ngayon jan sa qatar kesa sa uae.. Mga sis, baka me alam kayong hiring jan for office work.. Admin clerk ako for 8 years, contractual p rin ako hanggang ngayon kaya nagbabalak nako mag abroad... Thanks in advance... God bless us all.. =)

Hello mga sisters!  I am new here though i have been browsing for quite sometime, this is my first time to post.  I was interviewed by a prospective employer here in Manila last saturday.  The job offer is 3,000 QAR, though the wife of the chairman who interviewed me said i can still negotiate. The job is marketing executive cum secretary.  The company operation is diversed, they have 18 satellite offices in India, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Philippines.  The chairman and the wife were in the Philippines conducting interviews for deployment in their satellite offices.  The position offered to me will be based in Doha Qatar.  Since one of their business is recruitment, they are in need of marketing executive and at the same time secretary to do marketing field work to source jobs in qatar for possible deployment of their pooled manpower. 

This is not my first time to do marketing field work but since Qatar is an Arab country, what are the things that you can advice me.  This is not my first time to work overseas too, i had 7 years working experience in a european country.

Di ba mahirap dyan mga sister maging marketing executive doing field work?
What's the ideal offer for marketing secretary ( i know 3QAR is way too low, i read some earn around 5,000 to 15,000 QAR)
what are the other terms i should negotiate
This is a good job opportunity not just for me but for our fellow filipino ( if i can negotiate good contracts from good employers and i can feed that to their philippine recruitment office ), i can in a way help filipino get good employment in qatar since i will be the once sourcing the contracts from qatar companies.

Any advices mga sisters? Your insights are very much appreciated! TIA!

thanks sis my brother said no need na din daw for affidavit kasi family visit visa naman and i have all supporting documents, his passport, ID, res visa copy, b.cert. Excited na ako going there.
