kahapon nag luggage hunting kami ni bf, tumingin kami sa samsonite. yung gusto ni bf is yung Hardcase tapos expandable 12k yung price.

ok ba rimowa? parang gusto ko yun pabili sa kanya. ano ba benifit nya? lifetime warranty?

Mga how much ba regular price ng american tourister? Ano to sis yung shell type?

Sis di ko matandaan how much regular price. i bought mine at around 5k+ each. Got a purple and blue na parang denim sya. Yes shell type. Super nice and durable. Yung may nakalagay na Maximum Volume na sticker sa unahan. Magaang saka spinner wheels kaya sobrang ok talaga. I also got a samsonite for around 14k, nanghinayang ako kasi mas maliit na tapos mas pumangit pa agad. I wantbto get a carry-on spinner na American tourister next time.

I got a shell type size small american tourister luggage for my carry-in and a duffle bag for emergency purposes. naka 15% tapos i used pa my SMAC points and didn't shell out a single centavo, super happy!

mahal ng rimowa pero samsonite may hardshell naman din. i still prefer fabric over hardshell.

One wheel of my cabin sized american tourister broke.

I disposed my 6yr old samsonite set because one wheel broke, some corners were rubbed off that the steel was exposed and all were well used.  These were really used 2weeks monthly so worth it naman sa investment.

As replacement, I bought an expandable cabin sized 4wheel samsonite trolley.  Im thinking of getting the matching 30kg trolley. 

I sticked to the usual samsonite material.  Im still skeptic with the hardshell ones.  It might break in transit and i would lose my stuff.

I will soon buy a replacement for my american tourister 3 set pink luggage, I've been using it for more than 5 years na ata, used to work on the ship.  I remember buying it in the flea market at ft.lauderdale florida for 35 dollars, all set of 3..haha super happy with the quality and price.  I might bought the same brand pero duda akong makakahanap pa ako ng price like before :-) might opt for samsonite or delsey din ,whichever is a better deal :-)

last sat, i saw an echolac hand carry luggage, very light 1.9k daw but it is 7K and with discount is 6300, mahal pa rin

Bought a samsonite s' cure na handcarry trolley. Bec naparanoid ako na pwede pala buksan ang zipper ng mabilisan lang. Yung s' cure parang lock and lock hihi pero konti lang malalagay ko pala 2.7k na agad yung weight nung empty luggage

I bought another set of Rimowa bags last time I was in Europe. I got their aluminum cases this time, the Topas series. As expected they got dings and dents after traveling from Europe, the US and back here. But okay lang as all my stuff were safe specially the breakable items plus the dents added character to the cases.

I was able to get a American Tourister 25inch at Samsonite Outlet in HK for only 3k. Worth it siya puntahan for me. When I went there nga, andameng tao!

Anyone here who bought their american tourister luggage in the binondo sale? Forgot the name of the sale and the building where it is being held, but i believe they have delsey, american tourister, echolac, etc

^primer sale yun sis sa may state center. i was able to buy American Tourister carry on luggage dati dun for only 500 pesos saka Delsey na lightweight i think 3 or 4k pero sa mall nakita namin on the same day 8k pa ang presyo.

that used to be a good sale a few years ago pero lately pangit na yun mga binebenta nila tapos ang mahal na ng entrance fee.

in HK, there's one Samsonite outlet at Citygate in Tung Chung. Not sure if meron pa rin sa Central. in Macau, there used to be one malapit sa Ruins of St Paul pero last Feb na punta ko wala na e. I don't know san nalipat.
