herbal remedies for babies
« on: May 31, 2010, 06:00:09 pm »
Hello mommies! let's share and rediscover the use of herbs as simple remedies to our babies and moms ailments.

Mine are:
for stuffy nose - my mom recommends sulasi. Yung fresh leaves cumple lang then ilalagay sa panyo and pag tulog na si baby yun ang ipapa amoy.  It works wonders kase the following day nawawala naman sipon ng baby ko.

Tinuro pa 'to ng lola ko and it also works naman.

my dad is an agriculturist and kinukuha namin yung mga halaman sa philippine seedling bank.

pls share your other herbal remedies...

Quiet momets, Worship God,
Painful moments, Trust God,

fever - turmeric powder. pag mataas lagnat biglang baba talaga,as in.

^I'll try that malunggay + rice.  I just bought some powder recently.  So lalagay ito pag nag-cool down na yung rice?

sis, san nakakabili ng malunggay powder?

apreal, Bureau of Plants - walking distance na from Quirino LRT.

The one with the dispenser (parang pepper shaker) is a little under P100 and the refill (I'm guessing around 200 grams) is about P200.

P110 pala yung 14 g with dispenser.

^Like what prettyjlo said, hindi naman lumalasa yung malunggay.

Thanks :)
