hello again.
observation ko sa kanya when writing, she doesnt follow the "proper" way. she can do tracing, no problem pero when she write by herself, it is through her mind. kung papano nya naalala ang letter then she draw it. I think she is drawing not really writing. baka ganun din sila at mali naman ako. kasi i would know if it is thru our daily practice how she writes the letter because she will write it the way we do it during practice, pero sa kanya hindi.
example capital letter E. instead of the vertical line first, then the horizontal line on top - bottom, sa daughter ko vertical line tapos line top - bottom then middle. letter A, right slinting line muna left then middle. mga ganung bagay. 
i want to correct pero when i try it myself, ang E ko naman parang L muna then middle / top horizontal.
So maybe just let her write it the way she is comfortable? kino correct ba to sa school? at may proper ba talaga?

Baka it might help to teach in writing by telling your child to always start his/her letter at the top (normally on the top left).
My son had reversals and nasanay sa free-writing kaya siya mismo naguguluhan with the letters. But, when we did Handwriting Without Tears, may pattern ang writing that I strictly follow from the book. It was mentioned, that most writing strokes in Chinese/Japanese Hiragana or Katakana may proper strokes. Same din with writing in Roman Letters so... iniiwasan ang free-writing.
Para masanay muna starting on top (we sing a song). Where do you start your letter, at the Top! (With pencil on hand).

Then, yung writing na... Ex. the Capital letter E, on a paper may tiny smiley on the upper left (para it should start there - Visual Learning) then show him how to write it first using a highlighter. Then, say... "drop down, Frog jump (to the smiley), straight ahead (3x)" Then, ask him to do it over the highlighter na na trace mo.
The lessons there is it should be teacher do, students follow. Then when they tend to forget, always remind them daw. Madami pang lessons, Frog Jump etc.
It's kengkoy song... but definitely works. It was my son's life saver in handwriting.
