theme-black and white theme or red parang Beat It Jacket. Then add in some touches of golds, silvers and things that sparkle like rhinestones and metallic confetti and streamers.

favors- black pedora hat, dark sunglasses and white sequin gloves or MJ stickers, buttons

decorations-hang MJ posters on the wall or gold record clings

games and activities- (1) guess the MJ song (choose top 10 songs of MJ) (2) teach kids to do the Moonwalk or hire someone who can teach them then choose the best dancer or (3)you can ask one of your relative to dress up as MJ and take pictures and sign autographs with him..he he

pinata- how about monkey pinata (MJ loves monkey) or record shape pinata (meron ba nun?)

Sis sexyladyyy, what about party hats? Or mini banderitas that can you hang on the windows with a little masking tape? Kaso this may require a few mins preparation time.

Hi! My son is turning 4 and he will have his party in school too. But simple lang because the school is strict on this. I am just excited because guess what theme he chose? PLANTS VS ZOMBIES ! He loves playing this game kasi with his Papa . I did not expect to find a cake with this theme but when I checked at swellsweets - WOW! Super cute the Plants vs Zombies cake and cupcakes! I was so happy! Now I have to order the invites. Anyone knows of other stores or persons who sell/make Plants vs Zombies stuff?

we celebrated kyle's school bday party last friday... here's what we did:

theme: toy story 3
invite: ready made foldable invite
giveaway: personalized drawstring bag w/ toy story and barbie goodies
tarp: toy story tarp w/ kyle's name and age in styro
balloons: toy story mylar for each child and simple balloons on the side of the tarp
balloon burst w/ 20 prizes. this time, i used the pics of the characters of toy story 3 to match with the prizes and the balloons. instead of the usual numbers and letters used in balloon burst
games and program - - kyle's teachers are very nice to create 3games for the kids, then cake candle blowing
prizes: toy story prizes
cake - 8" cake w/ 3d buzz light year
cupcakes - for his classmates and teachers
food for kids: i used bento style styro pa din since eto lang available on stock. then i put glad baking paper on it before putting the food. all are homemade
-spaghetti
-hotdog balls (ayaw hubby ng on stick kasi dilikado yung stick)
-lumpiang shanghai (since eto request ni kyle)
- juice
-cupcake w/ toy story topper
food for teachers and staff:
-3trays of spag
- 1 tray of lumpiang shanghai
- 1 tray of hotdog with marshmallow on stick
- juice
- cupcake w/ toy story topper

i paid more or less Php 800. that doesnt cover the price of the boxes and clips itself. i had an amazon GC before so I used that. so lumalabas shipping lang binayaran ko. If im not mistaken, in less than a week after Johnny Air received my package from amazon, I was able to pick it up already from their megamall branch.

Hi guys! i'm glad i came across this thread since I've been thinking of how to make my daughter's first party in school this November super memorable to her even if only an hour'll be alloted for the party. I'm so excited and I'm really enjoying canvassing since I'm trying to work on a measly budget. Anyways, my daughter wants a hello kitty theme and these were what I thought of:

Cake & Doughnuts: Hello Kitty purple single-layered cake (that was her request and I'm still hoping that Frupcakes/IcingsnSprinkles/Box of Sweets could still accommodate me since November'll be a busy month na rin for them although Frupcakes told me which was fully booked already and was gonna put me in her reservation waitlist) & Mini-donuts from Krispy Kreme which I'd like to put either Hello Kitty toppers on or put fondant letters on and would be given as dessert too
Food which I'll be placing in a microwaveable container (still undecided though on what our menu would finally be so I'm still choosing from these:
  -BBQ
  -Spag
  -Pizza (Pizza Hut/Yellow Cab)
  -Either Zesto/Dutch Mill/Bear Brand
   -----OR-----
  -Chicken (KFC/Jollibee)
  -Spag
  -Garlic Bread
  -Either Zesto/Dutch Mill/Bear Brand
   -----OR-----
   -KFC Fun Shots
   -Spag
   -Garlic Bread
   -Either Zesto/Dutch Mill/Bear Brand
Giveways: I'm still unsure on whether we'd give out personalized bags with toys and food in them or just one main giveaway such as a small director's chair/bean bag/U-Box (by the way, are there director's chairs which could be found at divi, and how much?)

What do you guys think? I don't know also if we'll just have a few games or just one main activity na lang since we'd have to do all of them in just one hour?  Would any of you guys know where I could get tried and tested affordable party trays? It might be cheaper kasi if magganon na lang ako. Please please send your suggestions for food menu, suppliers for cakes & giveaways my way if you've any.

My son will be celebrating his birthday in school on October 18.  Sobrang short ng alloted time - 30 MINUTES!!!  I'm thinking of having pizza and cupcakes for the kids.  What do you think would be a good "drink" for the kids - yung "healthy" sana (meaning no softdrinks, iced tea, etc.).  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
