As far as I recall kase when I was learning PH and balance, parang something happens if you go outside of the "normal range" either through overcleaning or not cleaning it at all.

sakin in fairness ok na ok talaga siya..So far out of all the OB gyne visits I've had, no comment sila lahat and they just say, normal and healthy I just wash maximum once a day with fem wash, water lang if I need to clean it ulit (no soap)..
Then if period, change ako every 2-4 hrs, depending on how soaked.. sometimes pa nagkarashes ako sa napkin grrr and I wash it more frequently because of the bloody smell na ughhhh I really hate. magrinse lang ako sa bidet. I dont try to disrupt it too much, kase may good bacteria jan that helps protect you, but if yung hygiene bad din, yung good bacteria magoverpopulate and it becomes harmful. Kaya ingat din.

Sis me too. Nag rarashes lagi sa napkin. Before naman hindi ganon. I dont know what happened biglang naging sensitive na ko down there pag meron expected na yan pag patapos na mag rarashes na yung lips.

me too hassle yun rashes from napkin and pantiliners and tagos tagos. Then i switched to menstrual cup and it became a life changer!

Ay! naintriga lang rin ako and naglakas loob ako itry sya. Ayun neverrr looking back to pads pero katakot takot na youtube vids, google at forums muna ang binisita ko para makapag basa basa and to know reviews kung anong ok na brand. And no joke nga ang learning curve lol. Madugo sya.. literal! But I got it right the 3rd day of using it and yep ansaya lang na bye rashes na and nakakatulong pa sa environment and the best part is hindi sya limiting. I can sleep any position I want without worrying sa tagos and pwede rin magswimming atbp.

Ayun neverrr looking back to pads pero katakot takot na youtube vids, google at forums muna ang binisita ko para makapag basa basa and to know reviews kung anong ok na brand. Oh okidoks, ty sa info sis  Pero feeling ko di ko keri gumamit nito kasi sa tampon nga hirap na hirap ako ipasok, eto pa kaya haha. Tapos may iba't ibang style ng pag tupi sa kanya pag ipapasok diba. Weeew. Pero yep magandang alternative sya sa mga sensitive ang skin at nagkakarashes sa napkin and lesser waste! May sizes din sya diba sis depende sa kung gano kataas or kababa ang cervix. Cervix nga ba lol.

got mine sa shopee yun anytime ang brand. I cut the stem tho because it was uncomfortable. Pero I read in some forums hindi nila advised yun anytime kasi rip- off sya ng isang US brand named Sckoon. Im hunting that brand naman para matry ko rin. But so far happy ako sa anytime.

Im using charmee menstrual pants, yung parang diaper. Mejo mahal pero sure naman na no leaks and very comfortable ang feeling. Tagusin kasi ako pag natutulog kahit na gamit ko na pads is extra long but with this, no leaks or stains.

Have you gals tried feminine mist?

Ok nga yang Charmee pants.  A bit cheaper are the adult pull up diapers.  Either the Sm Bonus brand or meron akong nabibili sa cash & carry na mura din, forgot the brand na.

Ang daming Pinay YTers na nag po-promote nung feminine mist from Watsons.  I just find it a bit pricey.

Gusto ko lang mag tanong and mag share.

Nakaka experience kase ako ng discharge(creamy or milky white discharge no odor) naranasan ko sya nung last week of October lang akala ko normal discharge lang since magkaka mens, after ng mens ko last November may discharge ulit hanggang ngayon na December na.
Minsan ang itchy nya minsan parang mahapdi. Tapos may parang small dots sa may hart's line ng pempem.

About sa mga suppositories nakaka bili ba kahit walang prescription? Like monistat 3 or 7?  Mahal po ba yung mga meds? Nasa magkano price range? And kung mag consult sa Ob (hehe nakaka hiya 😌) required po ba yung pap smear? May bayad rin ba yun? Okay lang ba sa mga birthing clinic/ Ob gyne clinic?

First time ko po ito
Any advise po?
