^ Wala nga sis. Nasayangan lang ako sa pagbili ko nyan. hehe!

Before ang gamit ko ph care, but lately i nagtry ako ng betadine... Masyado ata harsh para sa akin? Nagdry yung ibang part. Nagbabalat tuloy siya ngayon. Kapag may period ako dun ko na lang ginagamit and dinidiliute ko na lang.

^ yes sis wala naman talagang effect, less odor lang compared sa normal na napkin like modess. may nilalagay yata sila for odor control.

^ ang difference siguro niya is hindi daw siya gawa sa recycled material kaya masmahal and safe.. ^_^

I tried yung Lactacyd White Intimate... yung pampaputi daw. 2 days ko lang ginamit since sachet lang binili ko. Ok naman, mabango sya and fresh down there. Di na ko bumili ulit, balik ako sa J&J top to toe wash for my down there since mas mura ito hehe

summer's eve gamit ko na feminine wash..okay naman but i don't use it regularly.. masama din daw kasi yung gumagamit parati ng fem wash..

What about pantyliners mga sis? Ako I use charmee or sisters yung 20pcs sa isang pack mura kasi pero lately naiinis ako sa charmee at hindi madikit..dati hindi naman yun ganun..
an what do you guys use kapag sa public toilets? ataw ko kasi ng tissue paper pamunas nagkakaputol putol

I am using PH care feminine wash. Carefree pantyliner talaga ako kaso nagtry ako ng Anion these past few days.. Sa napkin gusto ko yung Modess overnight.. ^_^

^ @ sis snix, ako i use baby wipes ng watsons (cheap and nice quality) though any baby wipes will do, preferably unscented. kapag sa public toilets... yung tissue na free sa toilets pinangtatakip ko sa bowl para pag upo ko malinis haha! sa tissue ako nakaupo.  sa panty liners di ako maarte, gamit ko yung sisters na 20's, tipid na malapad pa yung liner. ayaw ko ng charmee dati pa, hindi pasado sa quality for me. (had a bad experience sa liners hindi madikit and napkins nila nagkakalas kalas)
sa napkins i have been using modess overnights ever since, but recently i tried anion jeunesse. i also bought yung cottony pads ng whisper heavyflow but i haven't used it yet kaya wala pa feedback

im currently using a tea tree vaginal soap prescribed to me by my mom's ob saka betadine pag red days. Bihira na ko gumamit ng Ph care or any scented fem wash/products kasi sa case ko mas lalo naiiritate down there ko. As for my pantyliners, I use Charmee.

mga sis is it advisable to put lotion sa labas ng vagina? if not, how do you moisturize the skin down there or no need na? mas maganda ba gumamit ng pantyliner everyday? i rarely use pantyliner kasi unless patapos na period ko. i hate the feeling lang hindi talaga ko sanay kasi when i have period i use tampons mas comfortable ako. thank you sa makakasagot.

^  Sis, don't use pantyliner everyday. I really don't. Mas gusto ko pa to change undies as many times as I can kesa gumamit ng pantyliner. That's the reason why I bring extra undies with me all the time. I just feel the need especially if I'm sweating or if I have discharges which is common. Not safe and yan ang parati advice ng OB ko. Lotion? I use Argan Oil sa may bikini area but not down there.

^ thanks sis for this, i am one of those who use panty liners everyday, never really asked ob if it's safe or not, minsan twice ako  nagpapalit ng liner kapag whole day ako sa labas, i'll start bringing undies na nga lang din

^ Welcome sis! Before kasi prone ako sa UTI kaya't ayon inadvise ako ng OB to minimize using it or better stop. But if type niyo talaga to wear pantyliners that's alright just don't wear it too long.

^^ i agree, hindi talaga dapat matagal suot ang liners, lagi ako may baon sa bag na liners. saka kapag mag-gym or exercise, basta yung papawisan ng bongga, or kapag matutulog na ako, i don't wear liners pero now talagang babawasan ko na pag gamit para safe din

ako din i stop na using panty liners, hirap sa una kasi since nagka-AF ako nagpapanty liners na ko, now OB told me na wag na gumamit kasi prone sa UTI & Yeast Infection.

masama talaga pantyliners everyday..ako i only wear panty liners during discharge days so hindi rin lagi at pag nasa bahay lang hindi ako gumagamit panty liners at nagdadala rin ako extra undies..

@sis tikitakz-mas okay ba sisters? try ko nga ito..ayaw ko na sa charmee walang kadikit dikit, nakakahiya pa kasi one time i was out with bf pagkatpos ko magcr hindi ko namalayan na nalaglag pantyliner ko and dumikit sa shoe ko buti nakita ni bf haha! ..i bought na rin unscented baby wipes..nagsquat ako pag public toilets pero hindi ako tumatayo dun sa
toilet seat..

I like Carefree pantyliners din. I tried Sisters, Charmee, para makatipid pero nadi-detach eh. Carefree, makapit.

I only use pantyliners when going out, too.

As for feminine wash, I have been using pH Care intimate wash in Cool Wind variant. I like it better than the other variants (i used to not mind what variant I buy until i found a nice review of this in a blog).

sis, where do you buy tea tree vaginal soap?  is this readily available in supermarkets or just in certain stores lang?

ive been using for weeks yung Lactacyd White Intimate, but probably i used it 3 times a day.  I noticed my skin down there gets too dry.  Did anyone of you also experience the same adverse effect?   I dont know if it's right but im just applying lotion na lang in that area and temporarily stop using White Intimate.   I'm using Woman instead.
