i'm currently using lactacyd. well it's waaay better than PH care in terms of cleansing and stuff. but i want to try summer's eve. hindi kasi whole day protection ang lactacyd eh.

sisses, tell us kapag nakahanap na kayo nung cloth pantyliner like what ms. nikki tiu mentioned in her blog dati ah.

mga sis hindi maganda na lagi nka pantyliner , nakaka UTI kasi un.
i suggest wash nlang kau every wiwi and palit kgad ng panty

^totoo nga siguro ito.. kasi parang hindi gumagaling ang uti ko eh...

i guess i should stop using it kahit every 3hrs ako nagpapalit.. bukod sa magastos din.. carefree kasi ako 'hiyang'.. hindi nangangati...

i have a vaginal spray... im not sure if its effective.. takot ako gamitin eh... after weewee daw, spray then tissue off..

i just use lactacyd and lukewarm water

my o.b told me wash daw ng water n my isang kutsarang suka para iwas sa bacteria . kahit every 3x a week .
pwede [textspeak!] every other day. mas mura diba kasi suka lang

wash lang kahit water ok lang mas safer pa nga yun kesa gumamit ng kung ano ano eh.

I had a friend back in college, she was used to daily usage of pantyliners. Eventually, nagkaroon sya ng "cyst", her OB said (if I remember it correctly), part of the cause was due to consistent usage of pantyliners $:-\$

matagal ko ng alam na masama magpantyliner everyday..back in collee kasi mu froend shared with me an article regarding the use of pantyliners..

ginagamit ko lang pantyliner pag nagovulate ako or yung white mens as some girls call it eh hindi rin naman everyday ganun pag malapit lang yung mens o kaya a few days after period.. kapag sa bahay hindi rin ako nagpantyliner..

as for fem washes loyal ako sa ph care and lactacyd but id like to try other brands

Hi sis, use gynepro for 2 weeks lang then stop na..it's not meant for daily use

Usually used for vaginal infections and the like..

I use HHN Feminine Wash. I noticed that medyo nangangati na ko sa pH care and Lactacyd, so medyo drying for yung 2.

kainis yung phcare na cool, di naman effective, pansin ko mabaho keps ko after a few hours kahit na nag wwash ako pag nag wiwiwi, pansin ko din yung cool effect after mga 5th na gamit wala na, sa una lang malamig, balik na lang ako sa lactacyd pero parang nagsasawa na nga ko kaya im looking for an alternative.

I use Summer's Eve or Scion Fem Wash!

Hirap nga lang maghanap ng Scion. Online lang nabibili but it smells so good talaga...

^^thanks sis..i just texted the ob-gyn i went to yesterday, and tama, for vaginal infections lang daw ang gynepro..use safeguard & water na lang daw

Hi sis, hmmmm..safeguard? mas harsh sa vaginal area yun..kasi I've heard a lot of feedback from safeguard users (young and old), nag-d-dry yung skin nila with itchiness, sa body palang yun..what more down there..

you're better off washing with water..if need talaga, go with organic feminine wash..or try commercial brands until you find one that works perfect for you..
