I don't think it matters at all who says it first. Wala dapat basehan ang pag-sasabi ng i love you if you feel it talaga.

The question should be when is it appropriate to say the words "I love you"?

I so agree with this.. but i've noticed sa ugali ko, i usually wait until the guy says it first.. plus the time in between saying "i love you" gives me time to really assess myself and think if i really do.

tama yung ibang GT girls kelan yung tamang pagsasabi ng word na i love you...

kung nag liligawan palang, natural ang babae kahit may feelings yan sa nanliligaw mag aantay yan na maunang mag express ng nararamdaman si guy bago sumagot ang girls.

He said it first, kahit nung nililigawan pa lang nya ako & sinagot ko siya by saying I love him back. Hindi naman sa the guys should be saying it first, kahit naman sa girls e, if she feels that the timing is right, why not, di ba?

Its not a big deal, pwera lang kung may away kami magtitiisan talaga kami ndi magsasabi ng iluvu. Pero ako ang susuko. hahaha... Everytime we talk, we chat, lahat after nun we ended sayings iluvu and imizzu. He didnt want to say goodbye after we talked over the phone gusto nya iluvu then biglang baba ng phone. weird nya lang. nagagalit kapag bye/goodbye last word namin kapag nag uusap.
