post nio po hospital bills/rates/packages & inclusions.. experiences.. ob and pedia.. and siyempre, good buys within the area

it will surely be of help sa madami..

i'm on my 37th week na..
during my pregnancy gt has been a good source of information..
changed ob kasi mdyo pricey sa MMC.. lipat kmi LPDH..
pero still thinking where to give birth..

im originally from cavite but moved with hubby sa bahay nila sa bf.. anyway, i gave birth last year, 7 months na ngayon ang baby namin..
i gave birth sa MMC, i see my OB sa patients first clinic sa may glorietta.
my pedia is also from MMC balak ko mag change pedia kapag natapos na ang vaccines ng baby ko.. im looking for a pedia na may saturdays, pwedeng makati area pa din, pero accredited ng cocolife sana kasi may health card naman kami

my friend in college also gave birth at perpetual las pinas last month..

got the chance to visit her there.. ayun, kita ko un ward nila. and ok naman.. wooden un division tas curtain opening.. as i can observe comfortable siya.. halos 1 day din siya nag-labor.

Under dr. Blas, normal delivery, 41k (without deductions). Sayang nga kc kalipat ko lang ng ob nun kaya nanghinayang ako na lumipat uli.

As advised ng mga mommies, paadmit muna sa ward or rooms with lower rate.. kasi lahat ng hospital bill will be based sa room na kukuhanin..

mas gusto ni hubby sa perpetual kami, although my ob suggest na lpdh kasi mahal nga daw sa perpetual.

ako kahit saan basta safe si baby. pero comparing nga un ward ng lpdh at perpetual.. go na ko sa perpetual mas mura rin un ward room nila.

LPDH ako. my ob's dra. lalaine garcia. she has clinics din sa asian, las pinas medical center and sa perpetual. cheaper nga daw sa LPDH. konti lang ang difference ng perpetual at LPDH in terms of service. mas malaki lang talaga ang perps. dun kasi ako nagduduty before. sa pedia naman dra. baradi.

sis mizteaza.. wow.. same [textspeak!] ng ob.. [textspeak!] under renovation ang delivery room ng LPDH, kya u can hear daw or maybe can see un ibang nglalabor. pero if kaya ko naman daw at di ako matatakutin, ok na daw LPDH..

true ba na needed sa LPDH ang my deposit na 10thousand to be admitted?.. parang we're choosing na perpetual eh

hello sisses! gave birth in paranaque doctors hospital (sa better living) last april 23, 2010. may ob is dra. layson, pedia naman is dra. oabel. they're both kind, nice, friendly and super approachable. madali pang macontact kasi nagrereply agad sa texts and calls so minsan no need na pumunta sa clinic nila

my total bill waws 71k, nsd with epidural. stayed in a small private room for 3 days but my baby stayed in the nicu/nursery for 7days coz he had to finish his antibiotics for the whole week. all in all okay naman sa pdh, clean and nice naman stuff nila. masarap din ang food.

otsowaloeyt08: nako sis i dont know kung kelangan ng deposit. i will ask dra next week kasi kukuha ako ng clearance sakanya kung pwede ako magpatooth extraction. wow sis good to hear na pareho tayo ob pwede tayo magshare ng mga opinions natin. mabait naman si doctora. you have a pedia na ba? dun kasi ako sa partner ni dra garcia na si dra.baradi kasi tita ko siya. we're thinking nga about perpetual narin pero sana naman bago tayo manganak ayos na yung delivery room ng LPDH. hehe. mas malapit kasi kami sa lpdh isang tryc lang. perpetual kasi kelangan pa lumabas ng highway wala shortcut/friendship route na papunta dun. pero last time na nagpacheck up ako sa perpetual kasi hindi namin inabutan si dra.garcia sa LPDH. maganda talaga sa perpetual. dun din kasi ako nagduduty before kaya alam ko rin yung process at lob ng operating and delivery room and the facilities nadin. medyo mas mahal nga lang.

mdyo malayo [textspeak!] kasi samin pdh, pero kinonsider ko rin na jan mggive birth. .

kamusta nman mga first mos ni baby and you?.. vaccinations? magkano inabot?.. pedia b o health center?.. yan un medyo need na pag-ipunan din nating mga mommies eh. tas diapers and formula milk din.. san kau bumibili? sulit ba?..

@otsowaloeyt08 nung first week sobrang nahirapan ako...  masakit pala yun...  mahirap kumilos after ng operation pero sa umpisa lang naman...

pero sulit nman ang pains noh.. excited na ko makita c baby..

yup... sobrang sulit ....  di ko expected na cs ako that time...  nagkaroon kasi ng complications kami ni baby kaya na cs ako.  ako nag pre eclampsia tapos baby ko naman nagddrop yung heartbeat so no choice kundi cs.  buti na lang magaling yung ob ko and safe kaming dalawa ni baby.

alam mo sis when I think about it, na-e-excite na natatakot na natataranta na hindi ko maintindihan ang feeling... super mixed emotions... as in!
wala pa ko idea sa procedures nila upon admission.. i'll try to ask ob na rin, post ko na lang dito kapag nakapag-usap na kami

^^ ok naman yung staff.  around 60k yung nagastos ko and na less na yung philhealth dun.  yung sister ko normal delivery mga nasa 30k yung nagastos but that was way back 2002.  malamang mas mataas na ngayon.

wah.. had our check-up knina.. hapi kasi di na breech si baby, kaso cord coil nman. sana maluwag pa at maalis pa.. im on my 37th week na.. sana kaya ng normal..
