best health card in terms of service and payments

Sakto na nakita ko yung thread na to - we are getting health cards for me and DH. Di pa ko masyado naka back read pero nakatanong tanong na ko sa mga friends.. Ganun ba talaga mga sis, di talaga Nila covered ang maternity?

^^sis sa makati med meron silang green card offered tonon makati residents. Part daw ng social service nila pero hindi lahat naaapprove. Case to case ang approval e. You might want to check that out.

Sis rhumbafrapp: akala ko kasi every hospitalization covered.. Kahit wala na yung consultations at lab tests, yung hospitalization yung importante sana kasi yun yung mabigat sa bulsa.

Sis britzm: medyo hesitant Lang ako sis na gumamit ng social services card kasi From what we observe eh Di sila masyado naaalagaan ☹️ Iba yung level of service pag regular "paying client" ☹️☹️

Sana may makita pa kami na pwede gamitin sa panganganak. Maliit Lang kasi pag Philhealth lang.

Any suggestion po ba ng magandang healthcard na yung mura lang sana covered yung hospitilazation and consultation. Isa palang yung anak ko and may times talaga na nagkakasakit siya at minsan wala kaming pera that time. gusto ko talaga healthcard kasi sa company na pinapasukan ko and ng partner ko same walang health card philhealth lang meron pero di naman pwede un sa mga emergency or check up check up lang. at magakno po kaya un and ano po ba nag mga details non. sana matulungan niyo ako. thanks

^sis, maxicare pa rin maganda lalo pag may pre existing conditions. mura lang naman siguro ang premium nun kung bata pa lang iaapply mo.
next choice ko is medicareplus. kasi mura siya and halos same ng benefit sa maxicare. pero sa pre existing conditions, need mo pa wait ng 1 year para macover nila.

Meron bang health card na pwede for senior citizen?

my father is 70 while my mom is 61, both are still insured under Avega/Intellicare (my dependents c/o my company). very fortunate to have this card by this time na nagkasakit father ko.

We got Philcare's ER Vantage Plus and Health Vantage cards last year. Sa awa ng Diyos, hindi pa namin nagamit. Colds/fever lang naging problem namin with our daughter this past year. Nag-increase yung prices nila for the cards.  But still affordable compared to other health card providers.

My friend will sign up with Pacific Cross (formerly Blue Cross) for her and her daughter's health cards. Medyo pricey yung Select plans.

nag inquire ako sa medicard dati ,maganda sana kaya lang mahal. but still hanggang ngayon nag hahanap pa din ako ng magandang insurance package yun sakto lang sana sa budget.mahirap din kasi magdecide.

I think Philcare is one of the most affordable nowadays, gift ko nga ito sa ilang tao last christmas (napaka-exciting na gift di ba...health card, LOL). Nabobother kasi talaga ako dun sa walang card. Explanation nila is mahal daw o kaya pwede naman daw humiram sa kamag-anak kung kakailanganin o kaya hindi naman daw sila nagkakasakit! Sinabi ko nga sa kanila kung magkano ma-ospital nowadays. It's nice that Philcare released products like these. Hindi nga lang comprehensive, pero affordable and you can customize what you pay for and at least you're covered somehow. Haven't really availed of one for myself since may Medicard, pero sana okay nga itong Philcare.

Meron din silang mala-Medicard na card, but I only bought yung ER vantage plus na mga 1800 yata yun. I purchased them online sa website nila tapos nagpadala lang ng voucher. Pero mga sis, limited lang talaga yung inclusions nitong card na ito ha, emergency cases lang talaga, at one-time use lang sya. Meron yata silang version nito na multiple use, though mahal na yun syempre. Madami pa silang ibang types of cards dun, meron for checkups lang, etc. Kaya nga hoping ako okay itong Philcare, kasi minsan yung mga insurance and health cards may surprises talaga.
