^Apir tayo althea_ge.  I LOVE BEN&JERRY's pero I don't like their chocolate flavored ice creams.  Parang ang tamis masyado.

@Sis akireyhoj - yes sis it's 50% ang haagen daz, i read it somewhere na hindi nila naabot yung market nila dito sa pinas, so decided na isara na yung haagen daz until their supply last. Isasara or nakasara na ata yung mga store branches nila. There ice cream are severely overpriced and inability na makipagsabayan sa ibang local brands i guess.

Salted butter caramel/sea salt caramel is my latest favorite flavor.  I love the ones by Sebastian's and Carmen's Best.

Undisputed best brand for me: Sebastian's.  Nothing beats! A bit pricey, though!

^^I've been wanting to try out Carmen's Best, especially the malted milk flavor. Am currently addicted to New Zealand Natural's hokey pokey flavor. A few months ago naman I was addicted to Sebastian's cookie dough flavor. Too bad they're all so expensive though, di ako makapag-pig out!

@loball, a bit pricey nga but worth it.  Carmen's Best is oh so creamy - good thing the Makati pick-up point is near my office.   There's a Sebastian's kiosk in Katipunan (near my house) so on weekends, I go there with my kids. 

Okay lang for me one or two scoops usually.  That satisfies my craving na.  Not really good to gorge on ice cream because it is so fattening.

For an 80's kid like me, it's got to be Coney Island  -  Mint or Bubblegum flavor.  Sayang wala na.  For more pinoy taste, I like Arce - Durian and Avocado.

@sis marose, yeah i still remember the taste of new york new york, it's creamy nga.  i leaned more towards coney island's "fun" flavors.  maybe because i was still a kid =)  i remember they have grape flavor pa.  have yet to try sebastian's...is that the one with sugar-free?

I remember coney island sa greenhills dati. Early childhood memories. =) I think pistachio was one of my faves.
